On October 18, Beijing time, the Paramount Hotel Project, a new landmark in Dubai, received the Building Completion Certificate issued by the Dubai Urban Planning Authority (DDA)! This is another project that has passed the official acceptance since the Middle East Branch of China Construction Seventh Bureau International Engineering Company entered the Middle East regional market.
Dubai's new landmark was built in seven rounds
Located on the south side of Sheikh Zayed Road (King's Road) in the United Arab Emirates, near the burj Khalifa, the paramount hotel project in Dubai covers an area of 2,172 square meters, with a total construction area of 135,400 square meters and a building height of 258 meters, including five-star hotels and high-end apartments, with a contract value of AED 554 million, equivalent to RMB1.039 billion.
The project is a large frame structure with 3 floors underground and 65 floors above ground. Among them, the 12th floor to 15th floor above ground is the hotel management, the 16th floor to the 25th floor is the hotel room, the 26th floor to the 64th floor is the apartment, and the top floor is equipped with a swimming pool. The project has a total of 776 rooms, including 281 rooms in the hotel and 495 apartments.
The project started on January 4, 2017, and is the first project to enter the Middle East market after China Construction Seventh Bureau has re-entered the sea after many years. In the face of the new construction environment and construction specifications, as well as a series of restrictions brought about by the special location of the project, the project team has adhered to the management idea of "program first, model guidance, process tracking, strict acceptance, and one-time excellence" from the beginning, carefully studied local construction standards, formulated strict construction management specifications, overcome difficulties, and created high-quality projects.

In 2019, it entered the Saudi Arabian market for the first time, and won the bid for the first phase of the Saudi Jeddah Apartment Project, with a contract amount of 1.05 billion yuan, completing the first independent marketing order in the Middle East market.
