Fred. Astaire and Ginger. Rogers is known as the golden child of song and dance films, and their dance is still considered the "best ballroom dance" in the world. In the 1930s and 1940s, they collaborated on a total of ten films. The love that the two show when they dance is multi-faceted and profound, not just a simple you and me.

Astaire and Rogers' private relationship didn't have as strong chemistry as their dance. Astair once said, "We're just working together." "Directed by Charles. Walter described the relationship this way after filming "The Golden Empress": "They greeted each other politely on set, like they had just met. Rogers also wrote in his autobiography: "Astaire aspires to be a star more than a partner of anyone." Astaire was very demanding about dance, and he would call Rogers at any time whenever he thought of a new dance step or rhythm. When filming "Love Dance on the Sea" earlier, he asked Rogers to come out at five o'clock in the morning to rehearse. During the filming of the final dance scene, the scene was filmed 23 times in order to keep Astaire's face from Rogers' large pearl-encrusted water sleeve, but unfortunately Astaire was not hit once.

When filming "Lotte Pie", Rogers had just been successful because of "Picking Stars and Dreaming", but Alstair's career did not improve, and although this film was well received by the outside world, it was not high at the box office, so that the cooperation between the two faced termination. Lei Dianhua originally planned to make the film in color, but because the technology was not too hard, he finally gave up. The only color film the two had was "The Golden Empress", which was also the last collaboration between the two.

While filming the cabaret scene of "Cheek to Cheek" in Politeness, Rogers insisted on wearing a blue dress decorated with ostrich feathers, but this was met by Astaire and director Mark Scott. Sandrich objected because the seemingly bulky costume was not suitable for dancing, but they finally respected Rogers' opinion. When the two danced in the middle, the feathers that fell off their clothes also danced in the air. Although technically processed, in the final finished film, some feathers can still be seen floating in the air. Astair later said, "It looks like a chicken was attacked by a wolf." This sentence made Rogers very unhappy, so Astaire gave Rogers a box of gold feathers to apologize, which is also the origin of the nickname "Rogers".

During the filming of the final scene of "Top Hat", director Mark . Sadrić had a whim and asked the two of them to add a dance, but the two were not happy, because they believed that a dance that had not been rehearsed in advance would not have a good effect. But they did it anyway, and the dance was not satisfactory.

There was also a small episode during the filming of this dance. As Rogers spun into Estel's arms, Astair fell backwards and his top hat fell off. Astair angrily kicked the wall twice. Just when Rogers wonders why Astaire is so angry, she sees the wig that Astaire wears in the top hat. This untrained dance is full of holes.
