This morning, Netflix has just signed a contract to shoot stop-motion animations that tell the story of MJ's life from the perspective of a chimpanzee "bubble". "Bubbles" is a chimpanzee that Jackson once adopted, is the richest orangutan in the world, and its owner left a legacy of up to $2 million for it. Oscar-nominated director Taiga Viditti for "Two Cars, One Night" will work with Mark Gustavson and Isaac Adamson to write the script.
Netflix recently made a splash at the Cannes Film Festival with the movies OKJA and "The Meyerowitz Stories."
