Season 4 of the TV series "Emergency Interrogation Room" starring Yuki Tenkai (TV Asahi (broadcast on 9 p.m. on Thursdays) will begin on July 8 in the form of a 10-minute extended version of the first episode. This series depicts the active appearance of the investigation professional team "Emergency Case Correspondence Interrogation Class" and the able interrogator Makoto Arishi (Tenkai), collectively known as the "Tight Trial". In this season, after a gap of two years, the role of the legendary activist in the first episode will be guest starred by Kaori Momoi. Taking the battlefield of the interrogation room as the stage, a magnificent "language attack and defense war" was launched. yes. When I heard that Mr. Momoi was going to star, he made a sound of joy similar to that of sorrow (laughs). Both a big senior, but also a good actress, a favorite person, really happy. Of course, there was also some nervousness. Because he is a big man, I hope he doesn't drag his feet. But, with words like "I can only do this!" "I think we can only collide sincerely with the spirit of "smashing".
◆How was the shooting with Mr. Momoi?
On the first day of the meeting, Momoi said to me, "Hey, please ask." That's how I read the script...". The way I speak now is by imitation (laughs). I read the script very deeply and got the window from Mr. Momoi! The picture unfolded in this way is really admirable. My opinion should also be sincerely faced, "Isn't it very good!" Then try that one! "Please respect me. Ah, the way I speak now is also imitated (laughs).
◆ (Laughs). This is how it was done while exchanging views.
Oh, yes. Being able to make scenes together while understanding each other, I was surrounded by a sense of fulfillment from day one. Sure enough, the amount of powerful human beings is also very large, and one day I can become like this." During the break, I also heard the opportunity to target the actor, as well as the precious anecdotes of the time. Hinata (Fumiyoshi), who was with him, said, "I heard something very powerful!" ◆ At the climax of this drama, Makoto will have an urgent duel with the legendary activist Daigotako played by Momoi in the interrogation room. Faced with that scene, there is still pressure, right?
Every interrogation room scene, even when other guests are in place, deliberately put pressure on themselves in order not to fail. So, I slept very lightly the night before the shooting and woke up several times. However, I think that is okay. The so-called investigation, in the eyes of the suspect, life and life are related. Therefore, it is also natural that the mental state of not being able to sleep in the face of the real wall is also reasonable. That being said, I think this time it's particularly strong.
◆I heard that the shooting was a decisive victory or defeat for the official shooting.
yes. I felt that I couldn't interrupt my feelings several times in the middle, so I proposed. The staff also listened to our willfulness. In that case, failure is even less allowed. But because of this pressure, everyone in the scene has a sense of oneness. It is a photographer with a sense of live performance.
◆So what is the state of mind at the end of the shooting with a sense of tension?
Already in a state of excitement! Even when I go home, I can't sleep. I fell asleep, and I couldn't get up this time (laughs). Surrounded by such happiness. In retrospect, it was a once-in-a-few years shoot, not a boast, but I am proud to be able to shoot the interrogation room scene with the co-performers and staff.
◆ How do you feel about the significance of launching this work after a long absence?
These two years have changed dramatically. I think a lot of people will think that even common sense has been subverted, and what has been accumulated so far will collapse so easily. But on the other hand, I also feel the power of people to cope with any situation and find something they can do. Moreover, things that can never be changed, things that cannot be changed, can also feel that they are embossed for 2 years. For example, people's thoughts about people are also one of them. More important than anything else is the members of the tight trial. The beauty of this work is that it meets and chats directly with the suspect, feels the feelings of the person from the subtleties of the language, and explores the truth. That's something that robots can never do. It is precisely because of this world that the importance of being face-to-face with people can be conveyed to the audience unchanged, and I think this TV series is really meaningful.
◆With the increase of seasons, I can feel the real growth.
Because at the beginning, the true wall was very repulsive to the tight trial. Originally a department of SIT, it was transferred because of the failure there, "why do I have to be forced by such a department". But from then on, I understood that "is it such a deep thing to face people", and at the same time, I realized that it was so difficult and powerful to communicate with the suspects in language using the evidence and facts found in the investigation as a weapon, and I was proud of my work. Although they occasionally run wild, the uncles around them (members of the trial) will support it. Now that the relationship is well structured, in Season 4, I'm better off knowing that the uncles will help me, and I feel like I'm really on the rampage (laughs). I think it's good there.
◆For Makoto, the existence of the male lineup is very large.
Zhenbi himself also deeply felt the gratitude of the uncles. It's just that the uncles I play occasionally do as much as they shoot me behind my back (laughs). Obviously, both of them were serious about acting, but they laughed because of a small matter, and then they were cut. I can't stand it anymore (laughs). And, even if it's not the time of acting, those uncles will run wild. Really, it's a hassle (laughs).
◆ I can feel the good relationship with everyone (laughs). In addition, in this work, the unfolding of the "dissolution after 100 days" is also interesting.
yes. Is it really going to turn out that way, and I care a lot. Even after reading the script, you can feel the idea that every link in the real wall line is "like a tight trial, until the end". However, I don't know what will happen in the future, but whether it is over or continued, I will do my best to play the real wall and not let myself regret it.
