(1) Content requirements
The theme is clear and the orientation is correct, which is embodied in the fact that under the leadership of the party, the whole city carries forward the spirit of Yimeng, fights a decisive battle to get rid of poverty, wins a decisive victory over the all-round well-off, promotes the revitalization of the countryside, and jointly rushes to the story of the well-off; shows the new trend of civilization, order, openness and inclusiveness; shows the great achievements made in rural revitalization; shows the touching moments and exquisite pictures on the road of new rural construction; and shows the beautiful scenery of the charming villages and charming cities of Yimeng.

1. Photographic works must revolve around the theme, the picture is clear, the theme is clear, and the content is healthy.
2. There is no limit to the shooting equipment of the submitted works, color, black and white, mainly single photographic works, group photos (limited to less than 8 pieces, allowing to pick out a single picture from the group photo); the same author has won more than three prizes (group) works, subject to the highest award, the same author's work may not be submitted on behalf of others, once found, all awards will be cancelled.
3. The work is required to be in JPG format (5M or above), with a title and simple text description.
4. The work must be original. Contributors should ensure that they are the authors of the submitted works and have independent, complete, clear and uncontroversial copyrights in the works; it is strictly forbidden to plagiarize or plagiarize the works of others, and once discovered, they shall immediately disqualify them from the activities, such as legal issues such as infringement of the work, and the author shall bear the relevant responsibilities.

2. Exhibition of works. For the collected online works, the Cyberspace Administration of the Municipal Party Committee will select the best ones to carry out centralized publicity and display on the "Linyi Publicity" Weibo, today's headline number and the "Netinfo Linyi" WeChat public account, as well as other online media platforms in the city, and actively recommend and publish them to the media of learning to strengthen the country, provincial and national levels. After the event, commendations will be made in due course, and outstanding works will be selected and compiled into a book.
3. For the award-winning works, the organizer has the right to use them in the form of reproduction, distribution, exhibition, screening, information network dissemination, etc., and will no longer pay remuneration.
