2. The political and legal organs shall give a heavier punishment to the facts of the suspected violations and crimes in accordance with law;
3. Enter the list of untrustworthy persons, restricting their credit card consumption, loan approval, and so forth;
4. Suspend all mobile phone cards, bank cards and other businesses under my name, suspend all business of non-counter business and payment account of my bank account within five years, and may not open a new account, and the third-party payment I use, such as WeChat, Alipay, etc., will be issued by the government department to suggest that the operator be banned;
5. All household registrations shall be frozen and all household registration and entry-exit business shall be suspended. Where they have lost contact for a long time or refuse to return to China within the prescribed time, their household registration shall be cancelled in accordance with law;
6. Cancel all policy subsidies (assistance) and social welfare benefits;
7. The examination and approval of homestead land shall be suspended, and the real estate such as houses built by the person with stolen funds shall be sealed or demolished in accordance with the law.
This Circular shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
