When he was minister, he was said to be responsible for expanding mobile phone communication networks in rural areas. But sadat was forced to resign in 2020 after the Ghani government refused to allocate funds to the agencies it led in favor of a national strategy to fight the Taliban. He then went to Germany and started a new life.
