In the town of Gua, on the southwest side of Langkawi, there is one of the most iconic magical buildings, the Giant Eagle Square. On the square stands the Dataran Lang Tower, known as Langkawi's new landmark. According to folklore, the "Lang" in langkawi's name is derived from the Malay word Helang, meaning eagle, and Kawi is a crimson manganese stone. Langkawi thus stands for "Crimson Eagle".

The Eagle Tower was built in October 1996, and its proud posture of spreading wings symbolizes that Langkawi's economy will be more vigorous in the future. Therefore, this Giant Eagle Square is highly admired and loved by the locals.
We are staying in the hotel in Guazhen, this side of the traffic is more convenient, so you can rent a car to go to the Giant Eagle Square. After visiting Juying Eagle Square in the afternoon, you can return to the Guazhen Night Market in the evening to eat.
After arriving at the square by car, we still need to pass through a trestle from the entrance, and at this time two rows of white buildings appeared in front of us. A little closer is a large square covered with colorful floor tiles, with a Very Southeast Asian style, which echoes the mosque-style architecture.

The whole square is large in size, and on the edge of the square, there are two parks, namely Legenda Park and Chogm Park. It is said that there are two parks, in fact, they are connected, about ten minutes or so along the square, the scenery along the way is also particularly fresh and natural, suitable for aimless walking or after-dinner pastime.
I heard that the night view of The Giant Eagle Square is also quite good, and at night, the giant eagle will be draped in dazzling colored clothes, emitting a dazzling light, and it will be more spectacular in the dark night.
