Dendrobium trough, usually upright, fleshy, flattened, papery leaves, several pieces, alternately grow near the tip of the stem, often obliquely lifted, oblong, inflorescence emanates from the upper end of the stem of the leaf of the year, 8 to 15 cm long, drooping, dense few to most flowers, the flower texture is thin, open during the day, closed at night, milky yellow, flowering in June, produced in southern Yunnan (Mengla). It grows on tree trunks in dense forests at an altitude of 700 to 800 m. It is also found in Sikkim, north-eastern India, Myanmar, Thailand and Laos.
