Chestnut-throated bee tiger
scientific name:
Merops philippinus

The word "millet" is pronounced [sù].

[lì hóu fēng hǔ]
The chestnut-throated bee tiger is a bird of the genus Bee Tiger in the family Apiaceae, and has the characteristics of tropical birds with brilliant plumage: the throat is chestnut red, the black eye stripes, the wings and back are green, the tail is blue, and the feathers under the wings are orange-yellow when flying. Under the sunlight, their whole body shimmers with a metallic luster, and people call it "one of the most beautiful birds in China".
The chestnut-throated bee tiger in The village of Keren in Shenzhen was first discovered in 2014 on the shore of the ancient forest site on the seabed of Shenzhen and Shanghai, but was later relocated to other places due to the large number of tourists. Found in 2017 on the laterite slope of the primary school in Keren Village, by 2019, there were more than 300 chestnut-throated bee tigers in Keren Village. Keren Village also showed a warm welcome to this group of high-value little cute people.

Number two
Black-faced spoonbills
Platalea minor
If you see him for the first time
I didn't really look at people's names
Probably an exit
It was changed to ta's species in an instant
Please note!
This is the bird "spoonbill [pí lù]"
Not a fruit "pipa [pí pa]"
Nor is it the musical instrument "pipa [pí pá]"
What a "black-faced pipa" is
Black-faced spoonbills, also known as small spoonbills, black-faced herons, black spoonbills, spoonbills, commonly known as spoon birds, black-faced spoon-billed beaks. It is named because of its long, flat, spoon-like mouth, which is very similar to the pipa in Chinese musical instruments, and because of its elegant posture, it is also known as "black-faced angel" or "black-faced dancer".
The black-faced spoonbill has largely white plumage, black beak, black legs and feet, and a bare skin black on the forehead, eyeliner, around the eyes to the base of the mouth, forming a distinct "black face". The unique-looking black-faced spoonbills are medium-sized waders, with an adult body length of more than seventy centimeters, and a pair of proud long legs that look majestic and unsightly.
The black-faced spoonbill is a member of the stork-shaped spoonbill family with six siblings, and this little brother is the only bird listed as a global threat, an endangered and rare waterfowl in China, second only to distant cousin crested ibis, one of the globally endangered species categories.
The black-faced spoonbill is a national second-class protected animal and has the reputation of "giant panda among birds".
Black-faced spoonbills are migratory birds, every spring, they will migrate to Zhuanghe City, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, Northeast China for breeding, the small islands on the east side of the Liaodong Peninsula, eastern Inner Mongolia have also had breeding records, and every October they will leave the breeding ground to go south for wintering, Jiangxi, Guizhou, Fujian, Guangdong, Hong Kong, Hainan Island and Taiwan have their figures, and some black-faced spoonbills have been living in Fujian all their lives, saying that they will not go.
The black-faced spoonbills look domineering and adaptable, but there are only more than 4,000 black-faced spoonbills in the world: on the one hand, because the black-faced spoonbills prefer food-rich fish ponds, they are often caught and killed by bird clips, on the other hand, with the degradation of wetlands and the destruction of the natural environment, the survival of black-faced spoonbills has also been greatly threatened, and it is difficult to see them in many areas.
On October 8, 2016, the black-faced spoonbills were first spotted by Wu Dongta at the Jinjiang Dongshi Salt Field, a discovery that added another habitat for endangered birds from around the world in Fujian Province.
Number three
Spoon-billed sandpiper
Eurynorhynchus pygmeus
Half of the words are read!!!
Spoon nozzle [jú]???
Wrong, wrong, wrong
The word "sandpiper" is pronounced [yù]
[yù] [yù] [yù]
There are also many "sandpiper" players in the back
It is embarrassing to "orange in orange" again
Also known as the spoon-billed sandpiper or spoon-billed sandpiper, the iris is dark brown, the mouth is black, the base is broad and flattened, the tip is enlarged into a shovel, and the feet are black. A sharp preep preep sound is made during take-off, and a sharp wheet sound is also emitted. It is a small wader with a body length of 14–16 cm that breeds only in a very small number of permafrost zones and winters in the wetlands of Southeast Asia. The distribution area is narrow and sparse, and the spoon-billed sandpiper is mainly a traveling bird in China, and some are winter migratory birds. Spring is from April to May, and autumn is from September to October to china. Spoon-billed sandpiper birds, along with the Chinese crested tern and black-faced spoonbills are known as the "Three Treasures of minjiangkou".
In a 2007 count by BirdLife International, the number of spoon-billed sandpipers could be less than 100, so the IUCN Red List elevated its conservation status from endangered to critically endangered, one of eight birds elevated to critical danger in 2007. Because of its very small numbers, it is experiencing an extremely rapid recession.
The spoon-billed sandpiper has had a record of wintering in Jinjing Weitou Bay in Jinjiang since 2015, and can be observed from November to March of the following year, and on November 10, 2019, Wu Dongta photographed the "7L" with ankle ring.
Number four
slender-billed gull
Humanistic monarchy test
This player
No lightning points
You can pronounce it with confidence
In late February 2019, a medium-sized gull with a particularly thick pink chest in Weitou Bay, Jinjiang City, attracted the attention of bird lovers and bird photography enthusiasts across the country.
In January 2019, when several bird watching volunteers were observing red-billed gulls in Weitou Bay, they accidentally found that a medium-sized gull had a particularly thick pink chest, a large area of pink underparts, pure white neck and head feathers, a dark red beak as a whole, a small patch of very vague bladder spots in the ear feather area, a taller and longer body shape than a red-billed gull, and the bird was lower than the red-billed gull's forehead, suspected to be a slender-billed gull.
"The long stay of rare birds and birds here fully shows that quanzhou's ecological environment is getting better and better." According to Wu Kechao, head of the preparatory group of the Quanzhou Bird Watching Society, the slender-billed gulls observed and photographed in Jinjiang should belong to the new record of birds in Fujian Province.
Breeding in North Africa, the Mediterranean, the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf, the Sea of Azov, India and the west coast of Pakistan, the slender-billed gull is a medium-sized gull in the family Héng,with a size and plumage similar to that of juvenile or winter red-billed gulls, and is a rare winter migratory bird in China, with only three recorded occurrences in China.
The slender-billed gull has had some sporadic records in Dali and Mianyang, Sichuan, but in 2019 it was the first time it appeared in Fujian, so it attracted bird watching enthusiasts from all over the country, which is a rare phenomenon.
Number five
Chinese crested tern
Thalasseus bernsteini
Chinese terns in the limelight. Crested Tern. tern... Nests....
Well. No thunder points!
But this player, the black crown feathers on your head, isn't it the "black lightning"?
。。。。。。
oh! I am sorry!
That's Gorky's Petrel.
The Chinese crested tern, also known as the black-billed crested tern, is characterized by a yellow beak with a black tip, pale grey upperparts, gray wings, and a black forehead, crown, and crown feathers during the breeding season. Chinese crested terns breed mainly on the coastal islands of China each summer and overwinter in Southeast Asia.
The current global population of about 100 birds is listed as "critically endangered" by the IUCN Red List, and is also known as the "Mythical Bird" because of its scarcity and mystery.
In March and April this year, waterbird investigators simultaneously observed and recorded up to eight Chinese crested terns in the area from Weitou Bay to Kinmen in Jinjiang, and The Chinese crested tern flew back and forth in the weitou and Kinmen waters, setting a new record for the observation of this bird species in southern Fujian.
At present, there are few observation records of Chinese crested terns, and this synchronous survey can determine that the waters from Weitou Bay in The Jinjiang River in Quanzhou to Kinmen in Taiwan are important transit points for the migration of Chinese crested terns, and also indicate that the population of Chinese crested terns may have increased. Next, the Fujian Bird Watching Association will conduct a further investigation into the recent situation of the Chinese crested tern.
