About the key management area of dog breeding in Qinhuangdao City
List of prohibited breeds of fierce dogs and notice of standards for large dogs
In order to strengthen the management of dog breeding, standardize dog breeding behavior, and protect the health and personal safety of citizens, in accordance with the provisions of the first and third paragraphs of article 12 of the "Qinhuangdao City Dog Management Regulations", the Qinhuangdao Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Qinhuangdao Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, on the basis of extensively soliciting opinions and suggestions from all walks of life, organized hearings and expert discussion meetings to determine the list of prohibited breeds of fierce dogs and the standards for large dogs in the key dog management areas of Qinhuangdao City, and hereby announced as follows:

List of prohibited breeds of dogs
Within the scope of the city's key dog management area, the following dog breeds and hybrid dogs with the following dog breed pedigree are prohibited.

Specific criteria for prohibiting the keeping of large dogs
Within the scope of the city's key dog management area, in addition to the above 42 kinds (categories) of prohibited dogs, other adult dogs are tall (shoulder height, that is, the straight-line distance from the highest point of the shoulder to the ground when the dog is standing normally) more than 41cm (inclusive).

Instructions for related matters
This Notice shall come into force on June 1, 2020, and on September 29, 2017, the Notice of the Qinhuangdao Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Qinhuangdao Municipal Bureau of Agriculture on the Prohibition of Raising Dangerous Dog Breeds by Individual Residents of the Key Dog Management Area of Qinhuangdao City shall be abolished at the same time.

Handan Civilized Dog Breeding Announcement
Dear Friends of the Dog Owners,
According to the "Handan City Dog Management Regulations", in order to effectively protect the health and personal safety of citizens, maintain the city appearance environment and social public order, please consciously regulate dog breeding behavior and achieve civilized dog breeding. In order to further strengthen the standardized management of dogs, the Municipal Civilization Office, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Municipal Chengguan Law Enforcement Bureau decided to concentrate on carrying out special rectification actions for uncivilized dog breeding in the main urban areas of the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Dog breeding in urban areas shall abide by laws and regulations and social morality, and achieve civilized dog breeding.
2. Regularly vaccinate dogs against rabies, and receive dog immunization certificates and labels.
3. Timely registration and annual inspection procedures for dogs.
Fourth, strictly abide by the regulations on dog walking, carry a dog registration certificate when going out, traction dogs, and walk the dog according to the prescribed time. (Before 7:00 a.m., after 8:00 p.m.)
Fifth, timely clean up the feces discharged by dogs outdoors.
Sixth, to prevent dog barking from affecting others, especially during the time when residents rest, dog barking should be controlled. 7. Dogs are not allowed to enter crowded areas such as hospitals, schools, museums, exhibition halls, parks, etc., and dogs are not allowed to take public transportation other than small taxis (except guide dogs).
8. Dangerous dogs such as large dogs and fierce dogs shall not be kept (except for large ornamental dogs). 9. When dogs have symptoms of rabies, promptly adopt hunting and extinguishing measures and report them to the relevant departments; where public safety is endangered, promptly report to the public security organs.
10. If a dog owner abandons the keeping of dogs, he shall take effective measures and shall not let him live on the street.
11. Dogs that are unowned shall be regarded as unowned dogs and stray dogs sent to the dog detention center. The majority of dog breeding citizens and friends, let us actively take action, starting from now, starting from ourselves, starting from bits and pieces, raising dogs according to law, standardizing dog breeding, and civilized dog breeding, and contributing our own strength to the creation of a rich and strong Handan and a beautiful Handan.
