After checking a large circle of information, I found that there is no particularly complete information, most of which is the experience of east and west (it may also be that I did not find good information), but these materials also let me have some understanding of the industry.
Black Pearl Sheep (Lake Sadhu Ternary Hybrid Sheep)
Among the materials I have turned over, there is a material that impressed me more, and then I decided my development route based on this information. This information is an academic paper written by Han Zhanqiang, Liu Changchun and Zhao Xiumin of Henan Agricultural Vocational College. The title of the paper is "Analysis of F1 production performance of sheep hybrid combinations with different meats in large-scale sheep farms", which was published in the 11th issue of the journal "Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine" in 2018.

Let me first tell you what kind of experiment these three teachers did. The first is to select three experimental groups plus a control group. 1. Lake sheep X lake sheep (control group); 2. Dupo X lake sheep (experimental group 1); 3. Suffolk X lake sheep (experimental group 2); 4. Suffolk X Duhu F1 (experimental group 3). To put it simply: use different breeds of breeding rams and lake sheep to breed, look at the various properties of raw lambs, and finally conclude that which breed of ram and lake sheep has the best hybridization effect (lamb growth rate, meat yield, survival rate and other aspects of comprehensive consideration).
What conclusions have been drawn from this experiment?
First, it can be seen from the birth weight of the lamb that the birth weight of all hybrid lambs is much higher than that of the lambs bred in the lake sheep 's purebred breed (that is, the lambs of the hybrid sheep have just been born larger).

Second, different combinations The survival rate of lambs after weaning is not the same, the highest of lake sheep is about 90%, and other hybrid combinations are between 74-81% (that is to say, the survival rate of purebred lambs after weaning is higher).

Third, the daily weight gain of different combination lambs (0-150 days old) is not the same, the specific data are: 1. lake sheep X lake sheep (162 g / day); 2. Dubo X lake sheep (224 g / day); 3. Suffolk X lake sheep (285 g / day); 4. Suffolk X Du lake F1 (315 g / day). These data I picked the male lamb data, the specific data can see the following table. From these data, the Suffolk X Duhu F1 combination of lambs gained the most daily weight, averaging 315 grams per day, which is equivalent to about six or two per day (from birth to the end of the fifth month).

The original conclusion was that the Suffolk sheep breed ram, as the terminal parent of ternary hybridization, showed a better hybrid advantage compared with binary hybridization in terms of meat sheep production performance, and the Suffolk ram X Duhu F1 ewe hybrid combination model can be vigorously promoted and utilized in meat sheep production farms with a high degree of scale. Although the Dubo sheep breed ram is the father of the binary hybridization of the meat sheep, although it is not as good as the Suffolk breed as the father in terms of the production performance of the meat sheep, for the general large-scale meat sheep farm, the choice of the Dubo breed ram and the local meat sheep in China for hybridization is also a better meat and sheep hybridization mode.
Conclusion of the thesis
This conclusion is simply to say that the Suffolk ram is used to cross the generation of ewes from the Suffolk ram and the Dubo and the lake sheep, and the three-way hybrid sheep produced, the Lake Sadhu (also known as the black pearl) has the best performance and can be promoted on a large scale. If the scale is small, it is also very good to use Dubo as a breeder and a binary hybrid with local sheep.
