Guan Ying was born in Japan in 1976, the daughter of Chen Guohe, chairman of Taiwan Risheng Financial Holdings, and his wife Cai Shuyuan, in 1981, at the age of five, Guan Ying returned to Taiwan to attend three primary schools, and when she grew up, she went to the United States to study, majored in dance at university, obtained an executive master's degree in art from New York University, and debuted in the entertainment industry as an advertising model.
