It is understood that the basic public health service project is aimed at the main health problems of urban and rural residents, focusing on children, pregnant women, the elderly, and patients with chronic diseases, and the most basic public health services provided free of charge to all residents. "All along, our city has always adhered to the people-centered development concept, continuously increased investment, and made every effort to ensure that urban and rural residents have access to fair, accessible and equal health management services." According to statistics, the financial investment increased from 0.3 billion yuan in 2009 to 196 million yuan in 2021, which is 6.5 times that of 2009. At present, the city's basic public health service subsidy standards include 31 categories of basic public health service projects determined by the state, as well as 3 types of new projects in Qinghai Province, such as endemic disease prevention and control, newborn disease screening, and children's congenital heart disease screening and management, which have reached 34 categories. At present, through the in-depth implementation of basic public health service projects, 2.06 million urban and rural residents in the city have established standardized electronic health records, and the filing rate has reached 86.52%. The number of children aged 0 to 6 who are under health management has reached 122,100; the vaccination rate of various immunization programs in the country has reached more than 95%,000; and the number of free medical examinations for the elderly has reached 190,800.
