The relationship between He Jiacheng and Zhao Jin is also very close.

The announcement determined that the development and operation companies of Chengji Center, Excellence Times Square, Marriott Center and other projects violated national regulations, illegally expanded the planning permission building area, arbitrarily changed the planning and design plan and construction drawings, changed the internal space layout of the building, etc., resulting in a serious reduction in the actual area of commercial housing, which could not be used normally, and seriously infringed on the interests of the buyers. The buyers expressed their demands through various channels and strongly demanded a refund for check-out. After research, it was decided to carry out check-out refunds for commercial premises in the above three real estate projects from December 10, 2018.
