The reporter learned that among the "top ten defenders" awarded, there is Lini, the only female fire brigade captain in Guangzhou. After graduating from college in 2005, Lini joined the fire brigade for nearly 15 years. From propaganda and staff to organs and special services, in 2017 she officially served as the captain of the Haizhu District Fire Brigade, and made her outstanding in different positions with seriousness.
In addition, the report meeting also told the legendary firefighting life of Zou Dongcai, a 90-year-old former senior engineer of the Guangzhou Fire Brigade, recreating the rescue process of Deng Hong, a first-class hero and captain of the special service brigade's water squadron, in the 2002 Panyu oil tanker fire rescue process; and the scene of Zhou Tuo, a "national model for earthquake relief and disaster relief", who rescued the first survivor in the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai in 2010.
