Sign/Cause of Death is a Mizuki drama that has been broadcast by SBS Television in South Korea since January 2011, co-written by Kim Eun-hee and Jang Heong-joon, co-directed by Kim Young-min and Kim Hyung-sik, and starring Park Shin-yang, Kim Ya-jung and Tian Kwang-yeol.
Using the Korea National Institute of Scientific Search as a stage, the criminal investigation process and the details of the forensic doctors' investigation are truly presented, and various suspicious cases are solved according to the clues left on the corpse.

"Sign / Cause of Death" is South Korea's first COroner-themed TV series, set in the National Science Search Institute of Korea, telling the pain and life of forensic doctors at the National Science Search Institute, as well as the medical search objects surrounding the doubtful events among them, the process of solving various mysteries, the hidden truth behind the case and the story of the internal struggle within the organization, the genius forensic elite "Yoon Ji-hoon" (Park Shin-yang) and the new forensic doctor "Gao Duojing" (Kim Ya-jung) to start a romance.
