Because his parents were transferred to overseas jobs, Yuichi Aizawa (voiced by Tomokazu Sugita), who did not want to go out, stayed at the home of his aunt Akiko Mizuse and her daughter Nayuki. After seven years, Yuichi, who came to this northern town again, should have had a memory point, but the real situation was that there was no memory.
In this town, he met all kinds of girls. There are Tsukimiya Yayuki (voiced by Yui Horie), who is always full of vitality and confusion; Nayuki (voiced by Mariko Kunifuta), who is good at cooking cats; Masako sawado (voiced by Masato Iizuka), who has lost her memory and is always pestering Yuichi; and Yuichi's quiet school sister Mizaka Kaori (voiced by Takeru Sato). Yuichi and they spend a happy winter in the northern town, and little by little they regain their lost memories. And in this lost memory, there is sadness, regret, tears... After the baptism of time, the wounds heal little by little. Winter is gone, spring is not far away.
The film is based on the game of the same name by Key. Released in 2002 by Toei Animation, this one was remade by Kyoto Animation.

~ Chunichi Subtitles ~
The key society tear-jerking trilogy ~ Kanon of Winter
This is a reset HD version, and a lot of plot has been added
Personally, I feel more substitutionary than AIR
The little fox was very touching there
There's nothing to be faulty about the music and plot
But it's still too short
Not all the details on the original game were made clear
The other lines are still slightly regrettable
