Guo Yile delivered a welcome speech at the unveiling ceremony, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Jinan University for its concern and support for the construction of Yunfu Rong media, and put forward three hopes on how to develop the role of the base: first, to focus on "making up for shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses", and to aggregate resources to improve comprehensive competitiveness; second, to focus on "building platforms and bridges" to strengthen docking and achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation; third, to "expand functions and excellent services" and clearly position and tell "emerging stories"; at the same time, It is hoped that Jinan University and Xinxing County Rong Media Center will further strengthen communication and contact, realize in-depth exchanges and docking between institutional resources and media platforms, and complement each other's advantages. Xinxing County Rong Media Center was established on September 20, 2018, and is one of the first batch of rong media centers in the province. After the establishment of the county financial media center, it actively built a "news + government affairs + service" publicity business platform, deeply integrated the "newspaper, network, micro, terminal, screen" resources of Xinxing County, and built a media communication matrix of "TV + radio + newspaper + website + mobile terminal + public opinion", and initially formed a publicity pattern of "unified collection, classified processing, multi-terminal release, and centralized voice".
