In the morning, the Eighth Session of the Eighteenth District People's Congress held its second plenary meeting. Li Zhonghong, Gao Shengyao, Cui Fei, Lei Yaxiong, Wan Yong, Zhao Xiaoyun, Zhang Liqin, Zhang Chonghou, Liu Xin, and Ma Zhihong were seated in the front row of the rostrum. The meeting shall be attended by 212 delegates, and the actual attendance of 196 delegates shall be in accordance with the quorum. The meeting voted to elect Comrade Cui Fei as the mayor of Yuyang District People's Government. Subsequently, Cui Fei solemnly swore an oath to the Constitution.
