According to a document obtained by 36Kr, Xiaomi Group announced its latest organizational adjustments and cadre appointments last week. In addition to the group level, there are also a number of personnel changes in the ecological chain department, Youpin Mall and Xiaomi Group's digital technology service platform "Tianxing Digital" (formerly Xiaomi Digital). At the group level, Xiaomi appointed Sun Qian as the deputy director of the group's engineering management committee to report to the chairman of the committee, He Yong.

At the level of specific business units, Zhang Feng, senior vice president of the group, concurrently serves as the general manager of the major appliances department, and Shan Lianyu reports to Zhang Feng, the director of the air conditioning department of the human resources department, and reports to Zhang Feng, the general manager of the major appliances department. Li Xiaoshuang, former general manager of the major appliances department, has another appointment.

This is also the second time that Zhang Feng was publicly appointed as the general manager of the human resources department after Xiaomi released a number of major personnel changes on March 24. In the previous adjustment, Zhang Feng was appointed to take charge of the notebook, TV and major appliances business, reporting to the CEO.
