Through the construction and application of information platforms and on-board intelligent equipment, the "5G + emergency first aid" system has established a seamless pre-hospital treatment process, which has won valuable rescue time for the timely treatment of "acute and critically ill" patients. Since its implementation at the end of 2020, the project has been applied tens of thousands of times in critical patients such as "chest pain, stroke and trauma" in the hospital, realizing the information transmission of more than 80% of the pre-hospital acute and critical patients, and effectively protecting the safety of people's lives.
The "5G + emergency first aid" system integrates the "Smart 120 Command and Dispatch Cloud Platform", "Pre-hospital Connection Information Interaction System" and "Emergency and Specialist Treatment Information System" through the 5G network, forming an integrated data platform and network system.

Specifically, the "Smart 120 Command and Dispatch Platform" integrates the "Video 120" system and adopts a two-way multi-terminal technology model. In daily first aid, graphic and video communication between patients, on-site witnesses and emergency doctors can be realized, which greatly makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional 120 telephone alarm; in disaster rescue, video communication and remote guidance between the disaster scene and the temporary command center can be realized.
The "pre-hospital information interaction system" relies on information technology and intelligent on-board equipment, combined with the needs of pre-hospital acute and critical illness treatment, to realize the real-time return of pre-hospital condition information data to the hospital, improve the early identification and diagnosis of diseases before admission, break the "island" phenomenon of pre-hospital rescue information, and realize the vision of "admission to the hospital on the bus".

The "Emergency and Specialist Treatment Information System" uses the 5G high-speed network to target common abdominal trauma, stroke, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and other critical diseases, through pre-hospital ultrasound and image transmission, doctors can make judgments in the hospital in real time according to the situation, realize remote consultation, diagnosis forward and on-site continuous treatment, so that the rescue efficiency and rescue success rate are doubled.

Fu Hang, deputy general manager of Chongqing Mobile City First Branch, said that 5G has the technical advantages of high bandwidth, low latency and convenient networking, and can build a 5G emergency emergency and emergency rescue network between emergency personnel, ambulances, emergency command centers and hospitals, providing medical guidance, rescue positioning, remote first aid and other services for the scene.
