According to South Korean law, criminal cases can be appealed within 7 days of sentencing, while the deadline for appeals in the "Kim Han-bin drug abuse case" is 17 this month. Han Yu did not know that according to the court, neither the prosecutor nor B.I himself filed a lawsuit against the relevant judgment, so the first-instance judgment is the final result.
Prior to this, B.I.
