On this day in 2005, Suns player Amare Stoudemire scored a career-high 50 points and 11 rebounds against the Trail Blazers to help the team beat his opponents.
It is worth mentioning that Stoudemire is the first player in the history of the Suns to score at least 50 points and 10 rebounds in a single game in the regular season, and since then, only Devon Booker has achieved this feat again in the history of the Suns.
