Recently, the author came to the park to interview, and saw that the construction site was in full swing, the workers were nervous and orderly to carry out various operations, and the roar of the machines was endless.
"The entire project 31 single buildings have all been excavated and constructed, of which 14 standardized factories have been capped, 3 incubation centers are basically equipped with conditions for use, and the remaining single buildings are also accelerating construction, and the output value has been completed for about 400 million yuan." At the scene, Li Huaibin, project manager of Anhui Sijian Holding Group Co., Ltd., told the author. The company officially settled in the industrial park in April 2020, and is currently responsible for the general contracting of the construction of the Shuangchuang Industrial Park and the Guiji Area Industrial Incubator Project in the Fengtai Economic Development Zone, of which the total construction area of the Shuangchuang Industrial Park project is about 240,000 square meters, and the Guiji Area Industrial Incubator Project is 70,000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 900 million yuan.
Strictly managed access control system, clean and beautiful park environment, stacked materials and building materials, well-dressed construction workers... Walking into the industrial park, the construction scene in front of you is busy but orderly.
"In order to ensure the smooth completion of the industrial park as scheduled, the head office has increased the investment in manpower and material resources." In terms of manpower, the company has set up a management team of more than 60 people, including 5 senior engineers, 7 first-class construction engineers, more complete management personnel, stronger technical force; more than 500 daily construction personnel on the site, reaching more than 1,000 people during the peak period. In terms of material resources, the company is the first time to approve and supply funds, equipment and materials, and the first time to meet the construction needs as much as possible. In addition, the company always puts safety production first, and has set up a safety production team composed of more than 10 people, which is directly managed by the company to eliminate safety hazards in a timely manner and effectively avoid safety accidents. Li Huaibin said that at present, they have successfully completed 70% of the total project volume, of which the main body of 11 standardized factories and 1 office building in Area C has been completed, and the façade decoration is currently being carried out, and it is expected to be completed at the end of October.
"The Phoenix Lake Area Shuangchuang Industrial Park is another industrial park project invested and built by our company, which was approved in 2019 and officially started construction in April 2020, with a total area of 239.57 mu and a total investment of about 753 million yuan." In the interview, Wang Wenjie, head of Fengtai Fengqi Industrial Development Co., Ltd., told the author that the industrial park is close to the Fengtai power plant, and mainly has an incubation center, a research and development center, a talent apartment, a canteen, a display center, a convenience center, a power distribution room, and outdoor supporting projects and greening. After the completion of the park, dozens of related enterprises such as intelligent equipment and mining machinery will be introduced, more than 5,000 new jobs will be created, and the output value will be billions of yuan. Moreover, the park makes full use of the waste heat and residual gas of Fengtai Power Plant to achieve a new industrial park with multi-energy support, green zero discharge and quite distinctive characteristics.
Accelerate the incubation role of the park and provide a good soft and hard environment for diversified industrial clusters. Wang Wenjie said that at present, the industrial park is seizing the opportunities brought by major national development strategies such as the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the industrial transfer of the Pearl River Delta, and taking advantage of the county's full efforts to promote the "four free and one service" to create a good investment environment. Among the 14 standardized factories that have been capped in the park, Shenzhen Hanyujie Electronics Co., Ltd., Shanghai Mangzhi Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises have signed contracts to settle in, among which Anhui Gaoxin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Gaoxu Electronics), Anhui Anchen Technology Co., Ltd. (Boma Technology) and Huinuoyu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Fresh Leaf) have signed 8 standardized factories have entered the internal decoration stage.
