On April 16, the Traffic Police Corps of the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department exposed to the public the list of 67 drivers who were banned from driving for life in March 2021, of which 45 people who caused major traffic accidents constituted crimes and escaped; and 22 people who committed major traffic accidents after drinking alcohol or driving a motor vehicle drunk constituted a crime. Of the 67 drivers, the oldest was 63 and the youngest was 24.

Protecting the scene and timely alarm in the event of a traffic accident is a legal requirement for drivers, and not driving after drinking and not drinking while driving is the legal "red line" that every driver cannot touch. Sichuan public security traffic police remind the majority of drivers must consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations, safe and civilized travel.
