Lugu Anning River Double-line Special Bridge is located in Mianning County, Sichuan Province, with a total length of 791.2 meters. Because of its long beam body and the difficulty of water pier operation, it has the characteristics of high construction technology, and is a "card neck" project of the Mianning to Miyi section of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway. The T beam erected a total of 52 pieces in 13 spans, which took 5 days to erect. The successful erection of the bridge T beam has seized time for subsequent track laying and electrification operations.
