At the ceremony, Deputy Governor Wang Hongbo first delivered a speech on behalf of the sub-bureau, briefly introducing the organizational structure, personnel allocation, operation mode and work results of the Weibin Public Security Big Data Center. He pointed out that the "hand-in-hand" with Huawei, adhering to the model of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation", will surely enhance the actual combat effectiveness of Weibin police and the core combat effectiveness of public security organs, and have a positive and far-reaching impact on the ability and level of the whole police to control the complex social security situation.
Deputy General Manager Ban Said said that Huawei will work with Weibin Public Security to fully promote the intelligent application and upgrading of Weibin Public Security Big Data, write a new chapter in the development of "maintaining stability, combating crime, and serving the masses" in the process of co-construction, sharing, and win-win results, and lay a good foundation for building "smart Baoji and happy Baoji".

After the signing ceremony, Huawei held a special technical lecture on "Huawei • Smart Policing" for the global police, and the two experts gave wonderful lectures to the global police around two topics, such as "liberating human data to improve efficiency" and "video policing big data integration".
