The Hongkou District Procuratorate accused defendant Liao and his team of marketing counterfeit clothing, jewelry, watches and other goods of Dior, CHANEL, LOEWE and other brands on the e-commerce live broadcast platform in a live broadcast manner between March and August 2020, with a sales amount of nearly 700,000 yuan. Defendant Liao and her five team members ganged up to sell goods that were known to be counterfeit registered trademarks in violation of national trademark management laws and regulations, and the amount of sales was huge, and their acts violated China's Criminal Law, and they should be investigated for criminal liability for the crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks. During the trial, Liao and six others and their defense lawyers recognized the facts and charges of the crimes alleged by the Hongkou District Procuratorate. At present, the case is awaiting further judgment by the court.
