The person who uttered these golden sentences is called Akihiro Miwa, a famous "drag queen" in Japan (a man who likes to dress up as a woman).

He is 82 years old, wears a blonde wig, heavy makeup, slightly plump, and is still active in the Japanese art world when he wears it. In a group of small fresh meat, he is very "eye-catching", but those newcomers who are just starting out often have to bow their heads in front of him to recognize their elders.
He has worked as a chanson singer, gay bar waiter, bartender, actor... The celebrities of an entire era passed by him, and his stories could be written in twenty books, an experience that overshadowed the debate about whether he was a man or a woman.

At the age of 16, Akihiro Miwa left his hometown to attend music school in Tokyo. He dreamed of becoming a singer, but because his family was in the middle of the road, he had to work part-time to earn living expenses.
The place where he works is at the café in Ginza 4-chome, where Japanese cultural celebrities stage a snowy moon. It was here that he met Yukio Mishima for the first time.

At that time, Yukio Mishima was a sought-after writer, patronizing the shop under the name of "Fiction Materials", and everyone flattered him. But Akihiro Miwa has not liked the 'authority' thing since he was a child, so when he was called to the front, he just shrugged his shoulders.

In the late 1960s, Shuji Terayama established the Atrium Tokiki Troupe in Shibuya, and tailored two plays for Akihiro Miwa: "Aomori Prefecture's Tsutomu" ("Aomori 県のせむり男") and "Fur Mary" ("Fur Mary") ("Fur Mary") are full of crazy poetry.

Mishima liked the play so much that he borrowed Miwa from Terayama: "That Terayama is difficult to understand, but you can express it like ordinary daily dialogue, I need such a superb skill, only you can do it." ”
Therefore, Mishima specially adapted the novel "Black Lizard" by Edogawa Chaos for him, and also ran a dragon set in the movie version, playing one of the "beautiful collections" of the Jiangyang thief: a captured human specimen. After Miwa left, Shuji Terayama's script did not have a protagonist, and the play was no longer established. Terayama himself also said that "if the protagonist is not Akihiro Miwa, it is equal to failure." Therefore, the repertoire was sealed and not performed for a long time.

Akihiro Miwa's self-confidence and "arrogance" are related to the living environment of his childhood. Before the age of 10, he had already seen through the joys and sorrows of life.
His family lives in Nagasaki, a western city in Japan, near the Red Light District. My parents run a café, a traditional Japanese restaurant and a public bathhouse here.

He remembers the maid taking him in her arms and sitting at the counter in the bathhouse, watching all sorts of people coming in and out: the rich taking off their clothes and revealing their barren bodies, while the scruffy-dressed people were so fit when they were naked. The same goes for in the bar. He watched men and women flirt, quarrel, fight, and men in official positions put their hands into the short skirts of waitresses and pour whole bottles of beer over their heads when they were drunk—they were decent public figures during the day.

Growing up a little, he began to soak in theaters, watch movies, listen to a variety of music in the surrounding record stores, and enjoy art from all over the world in antique shops. These hobbies affect his hazy sexual consciousness:
He most often interacts with the waiters in the café. When he sat down in the lounge, he found that the waitress loved to gossip and say bad things about others. He was also popular with boys at school and received many confessions. While he was in love, he learned literature and art from the people he interacted with.
Years later, Akihiro Miwaku will still miss those days: "Nagasaki is a city with a very open personality concept, I walk hand in hand with senior boys on the street, people will say 'look, it's good', so I never think there is anything wrong with homosexuality." 」 But when I got to Tokyo, people called me 'perverted' and 'bitchy'. After experiencing anger and incomprehension, he began to reflect: "In fact, anti-homosexuality is part of the militarization of the Japanese state ... The early death of her birth mother, the frequent hearing of poor prostitutes dying of lung disease as a child, the blatant acting of officers in the streets during wartime, the shattering of the glass of the home by enemy air raids, and the urbanization of the sea of fire... "I have learned about the passing of life, and the nuclear explosion has only proved it once again." ”
In 1945, Akihiro Miwa was ten years old and weighed 4.8 tons of atomic bomb "Fat Man", which exploded 550 meters above Nagasaki.

Although he survived, he lost many relatives and friends, and he was also tormented by the after-effects of hair loss and anemia for a long time, and fainted in the corridor several times.
The experience changed the way he looked at things. He pondered the true meaning of war: the word "war" was nothing more than a euphemism for "holocaust" and "destruction."
"We don't need this linguistic pseudostorm. Why is it that when the subject becomes a state, the 'weapon of murder' becomes an 'arms defense'? It's weird. If we accept these euphemisms, we ourselves become part of the war conspiracy. ”
After the defeat, Akihiro Miwa returns to school, only to find that what he had learned before is suddenly told that "it is all wrong."
"We had to scribble the words out of the textbooks in ink. When your values suddenly overturn, you no longer believe anything you can't see, touch, or confirm. After that, I started making my own decisions and not following anyone. ”
He wrote and sang anti-war and atomic bomb-themed songs because "I'll never forget the brutal scenes of those days." All along, he has repeatedly spoken out in newspapers and television, opposing militarism and publicly criticizing the Japanese government.

Akihiro Miwa has always been honest and honest with himself.

Originally, the family opened a Japanese restaurant where I could eat a lot of food. During the war everyone was poor and had to starve. When I arrived in Tokyo, my family was bankrupt and penniless, I worked as a homeless man, slept in the underground passage of Shinjuku Station, and was hungry and full.
