During the investigation, the leaders of the Municipal Bureau focused on understanding the construction of judicial centers, remote video meetings, psychological counseling rooms, people's mediation and placement, help and education, community corrections and other work. In the newly opened remote video meeting room, the staff demonstrated the remote video meeting appointment process on the spot, showing the meeting account and application materials of the people who had met. The layout of the meeting room draws a distribution map of prisons, drug rehabilitation centers, persons released after completing sentences and community corrections personnel in the jurisdiction to which they belong, and is classified and marked with different colors, and the numbers are dynamically updated, so as to facilitate timely grasping the dynamics of special groups in the jurisdiction and preventing the occurrence of civil transfer cases. In this regard, Director Zhou Xiaoan stressed: Remote video meeting work is a convenient and beneficial project that breaks through time and space restrictions with the help of "Internet +" technology, and is an important platform for inmates, drug rehabilitation personnel and relatives to meet under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
