CCTV news: Zhejiang Provincial Health Commission today (October 8) reported ten typical cases of illegal medical beauty. Among them, Hangzhou Arya Medical Beauty Clinic was fined 75,000 yuan and revoked the "Medical Institution Practice License" for carrying out projects such as picosecond spot removal, ultrasound knife and Thermal Maggie without authorization.

The case shows that the diagnosis and treatment subject licensed by Hangzhou Arya Medical Beauty Clinic is only "Medical Aesthetic Department: Aesthetic Surgery", but it has carried out picosecond spot removal, ultrasound knife, Thermage, etc. without authorization, which belong to the operation of cosmetic dermatology projects in the "Catalogue of Graded Management of Medical Beauty Projects", and practice beyond the scope of approved registration.

It was also found that Hangzhou Arya Medical Beauty Clinic also had illegal acts such as using staff who had not obtained the qualification of beauty attending physician to independently engage in medical beauty projects.

The Shangcheng District Health Bureau of Hangzhou Municipality imposed administrative penalties on the parties in accordance with the law: warnings, fines of 75,000 yuan, and revocation of the "Medical Institution Practice License".
