For example, promoting "crowdsourced science" is the direction of the integration and development of science and technology, and scientific research projects that cannot be completed by a small number of people can absorb public participation and improve the effectiveness of science popularization in the process.
Lim Chi Ming, President of the Asia-Pacific Association of Science and Technology Centres and Curator of the Singapore Science Museum, said that under the influence of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the importance of global science communication and science literacy cultivation has been further highlighted. The Singapore Science Museum uses cross-media participation and collaboration to promote science and education under the epidemic through science theatrical performances, virtual science exhibition experiences, social media communication, etc.

Wang Xiaoming, director of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, said that digitalization leads the new consumption of culture, and regional cooperation promotes the development of high-quality science and technology culture. Geniga Chan, deputy director of the National Science and Technology Museum of Thailand, said that the Science and Technology Museum is the main front for popularizing science and cultural education to the public and plays an important role in promoting lifelong learning. The construction and development of science and technology museums need to be people-oriented, understand the needs of audiences of different ages, provide support for the public's self-exploration, ability improvement, and innovative ideas, and at the same time effectively use new media platforms to promote the dissemination of scientific and cultural research.
