According to European basketball journalist Emiliano Carchia, Puerto Rican league team Cancangrejeros de Santurce has officially announced the signing of former NBA player Michael Beasley.
Beasley was the 2008 top performer, playing for the Heat, Timberwolves, Suns, Heat, Rockets, Bucks, Knicks and Lakers in the NBA, playing in 609 regular season games, averaging 12.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game. In the CBA, Beasley played for Shanghai, Shandong and Guangdong, playing in a total of 82 games, averaging 29.9 points, 11.9 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.1 blocks per game.
