"Each of us has kept in our memories the images of Gerald Philippe Gérard Philipe (1922-1959), and these images often resemble him and not him. Talent is nothing, beauty, genius, charm and intelligence, he has so much more than these things, there is a mysterious thing that makes him still alive in us. One morning in November 1959, Gera Philippe was laid to rest alone in the New Cemetery in Ramatuel, between an acacia and an evergreen cypress. This passage is taken from the biography of Gera Philippe. Gera Philip only lived to be 37, and 37 was the age at which Mozart, Pushkin, and Mayakovsky died.

In the early 1950s, the French swordsman film The Adventures of the Warrior/ Tulipe (1952) starring Gera Philippe swept the world. In "The Adventures of the Warriors", Gera Philip rides a horse and fights swords, is agile, heroic, and reckless. Due to the intense tension of the plot, there is not much inner drama, which in turn cuts his strong melancholy elegance, highlights his handsomeness and agility, people find that Gera Philippe is so brave and dashing with his sword, and the plot shows the romantic passion of the French to the fullest, and the film has achieved a worldwide sensation.

And Gera Philip's inner text and Fangfang's external martial arts fit together, winning the love of almost everyone, and the ragged, messy-haired but playful and cute knight Fangfang became his symbol for a while. After years of tempering, the most impressive impression he has left in people's memories seems to be moving closer to this image, but in fact, his highest level of performance is on the theatrical stage, dressed in classical costumes of the court drama.
Gera Philippe was born on December 4, 1922 in cannes, a famous city on the Côte d'Azur. His father was the lord of the manor. Her mother's ancestral home is the Czech Republic. Gera Philip looks exactly like her mother. He loves the performing arts and it is his dream to act in theater. Defying his father's wishes, he gave up his studies at law school, preferring to attend theatre performance classes at art schools in Nice and Cannes.

In 1942 he made his debut in Russen's play The Simple Girl and rose to fame, and from 1945 to 1945, Gera Philippe studied acting at the École Nationale Supérieure des Dramatés in Paris, where he won the second prize for comedy performance and the second prize for musset's play performance, and in 1944 he played an angel in Sodom and Guo Moher Sodom et Gomorrhe, while joining the resistance movement and participating in the Liberation War in the Paris École.
Gera Philip has starred in dozens of plays, has rich stage experience, is good at drawing on the strengths of others, and has also learned directly from Chinese Peking Opera and Japanese Kabuki. He is perceptive, adept at grasping the pulse of the times and properly representing the emotions, movements and styles of people of different classes and ages in specific situations, and he also has a rare ability to master theatrical atmosphere. All of this laid a solid foundation for Gerald Philip's successful entry into the screen, making his screen role unique and infectious.

In 1943, Gera Philippe made her debut on screen: director Marc Allégret asked him to play a supporting role in Les Petites du quai aux fleurs (1944). Soon, Gera Philippe went north to Paris to participate in a theatrical performance, which caused another sensation. Gera Philip is not complacent. Instead, he chose to enter the Academy of Dramatic Arts for further study. In 1945, after the liberation of France, Gera Philippe began a stage artistic career, starring camus's play "Galligula", which became a blockbuster and caused a sensation in the French theater industry. Pierre de Boisidève once wrote: "It is a miracle that Gera Philippe plays Camus's Galligula. On the one hand, this talented young man was able to succeed in playing the role of an innocent, lying tyrant; on the other hand, he was so passionate and unrestrained, and with his low voice, it seemed to me that on the face of this young man concentrated all the best that a free-fascist land could find. ”
Gera Philippe took a picture in 1951 while rehearsing the play Cid at the Palais des Papes in Avignon
Meanwhile, Gera Philip is shining on the screen. He has starred in a series of film masterpieces such as Le pays sans étoiles de Georges Lacombe (1946), Idiot Idiot, L' (1946), The Devil of the Flesh/Demon of the Flesh/Le Diable au corps (1946), The Devil's Beauty La Beauté du diable (1950), etc. In particular, the film "The Devil of the Flesh" was adapted from the famous book of the French writer Raymond Radiguet (1903-1923), who died young.
The film shows the story of François, a young student who breaks through secular prejudices and falls in love with Marte, a married female nurse. The tragic encounter of a pair of infatuated lovers and the film's bleak ending are lamentable: on the day the war ended, Marte died suddenly due to difficult childbirth, and François was devastated and stumbled into the streets. The character created by Gera Philip touched a generation. The film won him the Male Actor Award at the Russell Film Festival. The humble, hard-working and talented Gera Philippe has a growing reputation. Hollywood was interested in inviting him to join, but he declined Hollywood's offer.

The accomplished Gera Philippe remains a model of dedication. When filming "La Chartreuse de parme" (1947), he refused to ask for a stand-in, climbed the rope himself and slipped down from a height of 18 meters, his palms grinding blood. This film, adapted from the novel of Stendhal (1783-1842), tells the story of the protagonist Fablis, who won the love of his aunt from an early age, and after growing up to be a handsome young man, attracted the favor of many women; he returned to Parma from the battlefield of Waterloo, became the vice-bishop, met a maid, was forced to flee to Bologna because of the accidental killing of the maid's lover, and when he was bored, he met the female singer Fausta, and staged a farce of affair, but these are not love. It wasn't until he went to jail and met Clelia, the daughter of the fortress commander, that he became another person and performed a tear-jerking love story.

After Marcel Carné's (1906–1996) film Juliet or the Key to Dreams Juliet ou la clé des songes (1951) was frustrated at the box office and heavily criticized by the Film Handbook, Gerald Philippe, who starred in the film, took the initiative not to take the honorarium. As a trained character actress, Gera Philippe plays both the warrior Fangfang and the anti-hero Ripwa , Monsieur Ripois (1954) – in which he is pure and at ease. For a century, Gera Philippe was second to none in the cast of Julien, who starred in Le Rouge et le noir (1954). He portrays the complex and profound tragic character of Staunda,Gullien Sorrell. The film has been remade several times in Europe, and it has never been matched since him – in the minds of audiences, Gera Philippe's "The Red and the Black" is the only art on the screen. The film was hailed as one of France's most successful post-war works.

When Gera Philip took over the film "The Adventure of the Warrior", she set the tone for the protagonist Fangfang's performance: this character is natural, vibrant and physical, and it is his own will that guides Fangfang's actions. This is a person who can control his own destiny and is not swayed by the situation, and with such a solid foundation, I can start playing this healthy and happy character.
The style of this swordsman film may be completely different from Gownei's "Cid" and the philosophical tragedy film "The Beauty of the Devil", but FangFang is also "a person who can open up his own destiny".
On location in the movie "The Adventures of the Warriors/Tulipe Fanfan la Tulipe" (1952), the crew basically worked bare-chested on a hot day, while the two lead actors, Geral Philip Gérard Philipe and Gina Lolobrigida, continued to rehearse in thick costumes
The film was produced in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. In the past, Gera Philippe lost her role immediately after the film was made, but this time it is very different. Director Christian-Jaques -- Jaques (1904-1994) said in his recollection: "... It is a kind of mutual penetration, on the one hand, gera Fili becomes a fang in daily life: on the other hand, his personality enriches this fangfang who is as straight, good as critics, disrespectful and cheerful, enthusiastic, naughty, and sometimes indulgent. ”
Gera Philippe admired the actors at the stand-in company who played a life-defying profession, but he didn't agree to use stand-ins for all kinds of fighting scenes, such as when shooting fencing scenes.
In the film The Adventures of the Warriors/ Tulip Fang Fanfan la Tulipe (1952), this action by Gera Philippe Gérard Philipe is a French gesture of drinking
While filming a duel on a roof, in order to dodge a knife from Noel Rockwell Noël Roquevert (1892-1973), he had to hide behind a chimney because the actor was really in a hurry when he entered the role. Gera Philip's forehead was punctured and his hand was stabbed with a sword, but he still did not agree to interrupt the shooting. He used Joué Dafrey as a stand-in for some of the big fight scenes, because at the time of filming, he was still performing "Hee-de-Li" at the Shuren Theatre Festival, and he had to fly back to Paris almost every day.
In The Adventures of the Warrior, Fangfang is a young farmer who is seduced by the rhetoric of the recruiting cobia (played by Noel Rockwell) and becomes a mercenary in the army of "most beloved" Louis XV (Marcel Marcel Herrand).
He fell in love with a gypsy girl (played by Gina Lolobrigida, then a not-so-famous Italian actress). The girl was taken by the man who offered the king beauty, and in a fight on horseback, Fang Fang taught the girl out of the hands of the hijacker. Later, alone, he defeated the Austrian army and married his beloved.
Thanks to Gera Philip playing Fangfang, the film achieved a huge worldwide success. Some situations in his own private life helped him. If the popular bouncing hero he plays is completely controlled by a carefree, unreserved cheerfulness, it's probably because he no longer feels happy after he finally realizes his deep, focused love. But if he has more to do than the modern Athanon, it is also because behind this character there is a wisdom, a good heart, and a philosophy.

Thanks to her fearless spirit and good heart, he quickly conquered the world and attracted more audiences in his unique way than cid had been staged for three centuries.
For the famous actor Gera Philippe, however, Fang Fang is only an integral part of a character (the main part, of course, but not the dominant part) that he will form through the more than twenty roles he plays. Presumably to eliminate the magic of this already well-known hero, he immediately agreed to play a completely different role in René Clair's (1898–1981) film Les belles de nuit (1952), a film in which he played only one supporting role. In the film, he again collaborated with Gina Laurobrigida, who became a big star due to the worldwide success of The Adventures of the Warriors.

Gera Philippe, who plays a provincial young musician in the film Night, is tired of a mediocre life, so he escapes reality with a series of dreams. In this way he first became the lover of a beautiful lady (Martine Carol) in 1900; then the lover of a beautiful Turkish concubine (played by Gina Laurobrigida) in 1830 during the conquest of Algeria; later, in the age of terror, the lover of an aristocratic woman; and finally, during the "Three Musketeers" period, he became the lover of Mrs. Bonasio.
René Claire borrows David Griffiths D.W. Griffith (1875-1948) said that his Night's Fragrance was a journey through time, like a "comedic 'Alliance: Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages" (1916).

During the filming process, he made it clear that the script was the dominant idea: I want to make it clear that this is a film with no "information". But that doesn't mean it's a film that lacks ambition. In fact, the film has the greatest ambition, and perhaps the most difficult one to achieve: to make honest people laugh.
After participating in a supporting role in another film, The Park Diary, Villa Borghese (1953), Gera Philippe collaborated with Michelle Morgan (1920–2016) on Les orgueilleux (1953) for Yves Allégret (1907–1987). The screenplay was co-written by Yves Allegre, Jean Oranche Jean Aurenche (1904–1992), Pierre Post and Jean Kruzzo. The first draft of the play, called Typhoid Fever, was co-written by Jean Kruzzo and Jean-Paul Sartre (1905-1980).

However, in the film industry at that time, the choreographer could only make suggestions, the decision was in the hands of the producer, and the plan was often difficult to achieve. Like The Adventures of a Warrior, the film was shot primarily on location. Gera Philippe plays a completely different role than ever: a near-desperate, alcoholic, almost insane doctor who lives on the hot seashore of Alvarado, Mexico. In a plague, he returned to his old business and found love, which restored his human dignity and at the same time tasted the joy of life.
This is one of the best characters Gerald Philip has ever created. Strange Love was nominated for Best Feature Film at the 29th Academy Awards for "a thorough investigation of a tropical country."

Meet/Monsieur Ripois/Jack the Heart (1954) was based on the novels of René Clément (1913–1996), Hugh Mills Hugh Mills and Raymond Queneau (1903–1976) based on the novels of Louis Louis Hémon, best known for his novel Maria Chapland. The protagonist of the film is a Frenchman living in London, who at first lives away from his home country and lives alone, but he soon succeeds in his associations with several women.
Many of the shots in the movie "Encounter" were filmed on the streets of London, and the city is "a character in the play". René Clement and his photographer Oswald Morris foresaw what became known as the "New Wave" after 1959, using light-sensitive cameras to capture shots, using highly photosensitive film, interspersed among the crowds in London, often unaware that they were making films. In order to shoot certain shots, the photographer also sits in a wheelchair of the disabled person and is pushed, holding his little camera as if he were holding a toy.
But that didn't stop him from following Gerald Philip, whose movements were all inside the viewfinder of his camera, and even when Gera Philip jumped on the rear platform of a bus on a whim, he couldn't escape the photographer's lens.
Gera Philip played Mr. Liberva, a poor, helpless man, so much so that while filming the best set of shots of him walking down the street with his radio, there were really pedestrians who were touched by his lost look and wanted to help him and offered him a small radio. Working in a studio is very different. The camera's movements and the director's carefully studied effects replace the live shots in order to highlight the "various sides" (close-ups) of a very complex character who is far better "synthetic" than his previous characters.

After participating in the large-scale film Sacha Guitry (1885-1957) by Sacha Guitry (1885-1957), Si Versailles m'était conté (1954), Gera Philippe returned to Stendhal (1783-1842) as Julian Sorell in Le Rouge et Le Noir (1954). Claude Autant-Lara (1901-2000), the director of The Red and the Black, insisted on making the film, mainly because he thought it had great relevance. For him, France in 1954 was in many ways similar to France under Charles X.

However, Claude O'Dan-Raha seems to have been banned by the producers to delete the political interlude in the second part of The Red and the Black, but in Stendhal's original work, it was the main content. The screenplay adapted into the film was co-written by Jean-Orance and Pierre Bost (1901-975), who had to sacrifice much of what was in the novel because the length of a book is very different from the length of a film.
For example, in The Red and the Black, Stendhal wrote the following sentence, which can be read in 30 bells: "Jullien, who was asleep, was awakened by tears that flowed into his hands. He heard a strange sigh. He opened his eyes, and it turned out to be Madame de Rainal. However, the film's directors left Danielle Darrieux (1917-2017) hesitating in front of Gerald Philippe's door for a long time. This set of shots was very successful, but it lasted 8 minutes.

The film begins with Julien Sorrell on trial at the Bezoanson Court, not for a "flashback", but to highlight the character of Julien Sorrell, played by Gera Philippe, from the prologue.
Jullien said something roughly as follows: "Gentlemen judges, I know that some people want to punish me, and try to make those young people born in the lower class, in a sense of the oppressed class, forever lose the courage to squeeze into the social circle that the rich proudly call 'society'. This is my crime, gentlemen, and this crime will be punished more severely, because here I am not being tried by anyone who is my own. I didn't see the workers or the peasants in the judge's bench, I saw only angry bourgeoisie. ”

Henry Martino, one of France's best Stendha researchers, after seeing the film (Aragon has a less high opinion of the film than the Abbey of Bama), immediately told the director Claude O'Odon-Raha: "This is the first film that reflects the spirit of Stenda."
Gera Philippe is Jullien, and no one in a century has been able to play so well. He is slightly older than the character, and he brings the mature temperament of a talented, tortured protagonist to the role. Because of his performance, Stenda's humor transcends the screen, and we seem to hear Stenda laughing and scolding, gritting his teeth, laughing.

However, the protagonist is not content with pungent ridicule. His love scenes with Mathilde and with Madame Raynal are more exciting than le Diable au corps (1947). At a grand ball, a lightning bolt illuminated Dandong beneath Yu Lian. He was not at the same time Don Juan, Dardufer, Valmont, Luppampore, Bonaparte, but julien Sorrell. Because he wants to be faithful to a role like "Red" forever, only a talented actor like Gerald Philip can try and achieve complete success. He played this role more than all the characters he had previously created.
From 1955 to 1957, Gera Philip agreed to play roles in two comedies by Sacha Guitry (1885–1957) by Saka Guetri. Played as a troubadour in If We Say Si Paris nous était conté (1956) and in Life together with Two, he played a comical servant.

In the film Pact-Bouille (1957), based on Zola's novel, he accepted the role of Sakar in order to re-perform with his old partner Daniel D'Arijo in The Red and the Black. Was he wise enough to do so? The film was directed by julien Duvier (1896-1967), a veteran of the film industry who had contributed greatly to pre-1939 films, but after the war, only some mediocre works were made, and his "Home Trivia" was far from a successful work, so that in the memory of the audience today, the character played by Gerald Philippe is no longer remembered.
On the contrary, he happily agreed to play Modigliani in Jacques Becker (1906–1960) in Les amants de Montparnasse 19 (1958). The screenplay for the film was originally written for a color film by Max Overles. Max Overwells' sudden death prevented his plan from being completed, and Jacques Baker had to make major changes to the script that was not written for him. Was he really a success when the film was released?
Working photo of the film Les amants de Montparnasse 19 Montbarnas shows Gera Philippe Gérard Philipe reading the script backline
"Only partial success." Simone Berley, the late female critic who admired the director, put it this way: "There are many reasons for this, first of all, because the film was not conceived according to Jacques Baker's intentions in the first place; secondly, because he inherited a film of the deceased, a famous deceased, a film of a very personality and special deceased like Max Overers, and Jacques Baker fell into the trap set by the author of Lola Montess and could not extricate himself. The trap was probably useful to Ofers himself, but it became a trap for Jacques Baker.
Jacques Baker fought a lawsuit with Michel-Georges Michel, the author of the original novel, and again with the adaptor Henri Jeanson (1900-1970), and finally had to make a very restrained film about a mad painter. Jacques Baker pinned his hopes on Modigliani, but the character still failed to break free from the shackles of the past. ”

But the beauty and talent of Anouk Aimée, who plays Yana Ebitner, adds a lot to the film. There are several outstanding passages in the film that in every way deserve to be worthy of Gera Philippe and Jacques Baker. For example, the ironic scene of the American billionaire summoning Modigliani and his friend Zborovsky at the Ritz Hotel. Especially the scene at night: on the rue montbarnas, the painter is chased by a businessman and finally falls to his death, and then the merchant buys everything in the painter's studio from the painter's widow without hesitation.
Gera Philippe, as always, went all out to create the image of this unfortunate painter. He went to dinner at the tavern he had patronized, and asked the artist George Anankov: In "his studio, the easel, the palette, the brush, the charcoal strips ... Where it should be placed".

Despite its unquestionable success, the success of Montbarnas 19 as a whole is limited. Even if the film's distributors gave it a name they considered "more popular," "Couples in Montbarnas," to no avail.
Claude O'Dan-Raha's film Le Joueur the Gambler (1958), based on Dostoevsky's autobiographical novella, also did not achieve greater success. The film was originally planned to be filmed in collaboration with Poland or the GDR, which prompted Gera Philippe to participate in the film's production. Dostoevsky was one of his favorite writers, and he was passionate about playing characters in his books. Later, "The Gambler" was filmed in collaboration with Italy.
Set in the film The Adventures of Naughty Till/ The Legend of Ulanspage Les aventures de Till l'espiègle (1956), Gerald Philippe, who was a first-time director, interacts with the actors
"For the film 'The Gambler,' we expect a lot more than the film gives us." Maldina Mono wrote, "Her words reflect an almost universal sense of disappointment in the critics. "The film is not in reality, everything is mixed up, such as colors, sets, and sometimes the performance is the same. The film's approach is realistic, but its conception is not. People are never too harsh on the people they respect, but I seem to talk about its shortcomings much more than about its strengths, and the shortcomings are serious.
Gera Philippe's only film, The Adventures of Naughty Till, The Adventures of Till l'espiègle (1956), which had a bad fortune, was made using the original cast of The Adventures of the Warriors, the film that Was the most dedicated, long-brewed, devoted, and most highly anticipated film of Gerald Philip's life, and he hoped that the release of the film would bring him back, even more than The Adventures of the Warriors. Greater splendor.
The film The Adventures of Naughty Thiel/ The Legend of Ullanspyle Les aventures de Till l'espiègle (1956) is a French DVD cover
In order to make this film a reality, Gera Philip invested most of her savings, as part of the film's shooting funds, became a film director for the first time in her life, and after filming, she devoted herself to the intense editing, dubbing, and scoring work with other excellent filmmakers. Before the film was released, he also asked his best friend in life, his favorite director René Claire, to help him check the film.
After seeing the clips from the film, René Claire greatly appreciated Gerald Philippe's talent as a novice director. Julius Evans Ivens (1898-1989), another director friend of Gera Philippe, said: "The Adventures of Naughty Till brought to France a new director, a remarkable and talented film director, and the work of his director may be the first thing people will talk about when they talk about Gera Philippe in the future." "The talent has been affirmed and appreciated by connoisseurs, and Gera Philippe is very touched, and he has added some confidence to his dream of becoming a director when he is older.

But the creators make people, have the heart to plant flowers, the film is too untimely, the release of the film encountered many tragic political movements in Paris and Europe, when the whole of France, Europe, and even China was a political chaos, the army set up anti-aircraft artillery positions around the station, people were shocked to see, thinking that the Third World War was about to break out, and because the theme of the film was to promote freedom, democracy, and human rights, it was resisted by some people and political groups, and it was suspected that Gera Philippe was a "progressive person" with political tendencies. In a turbulent political environment, the hugely invested film eventually had to end as a box office failure, forever depriving Gera Philip of her dream of becoming a director in the short life of Gera Philip.

At a time when "the elevator to the Gallows" (1958) and "outrageous" films such as Lovers had already come out and New Wave cinema was beginning to emerge, Gera Philip sincerely "wanted to do something for these up-and-coming people." Unfortunately, he died young and failed to do so.
After Gera Philip became aware of the new trend of post-war international cinema, he was quickly drawn to a form of naturalism, which he began with the film The Devil of the Flesh, in Such a Beautiful Little Beach Une si jolie petite plage (1949), Strange Love (1953), Encounter (1954), The Great Exercise Les Grandes Manoeuvres (1955), Dangerous Relationship Les It became apparent in liaisons dangereuses (1959) and La Fièvre monte à El Pao (1959).

This very modern performance is the opposite of other actors of the same period who have been involved in theater and film (Jean Marais, etc.). The modern style of performance led him to pioneer the performances of Alain Delon and Jean-Paul Belmondo, as well as André Dussollier and Jean-Pierre Darroussin.
When we think of Gera Philippe's passion for the New Wave, we can only regret that he failed to work with the person he should have worked with most: Alain Resnais (1922-2014). In 1946, Gera Philippe appeared twice in Alan René's 16nun films, Sch6ma d'une identification and Open a Store Inventory Ouvert pour cause d'inventaire, neither of which was released. There was originally a plan for the two to join forces: an adaptation of Roger Vailland's (1907-1965) "The Funny Trick DrSle de Jeu". Unfortunately, it was abandoned halfway.

Gera Philippe is a lover. Gera Philippe's wife Anna had been his friend. Anna's original name was Nicole, and her husband was a sinologist and diplomat at the time. In 1946, Gera Philip contracted lung disease, and Nicole invited him to a country house for recuperation, and the two fell in love for a long time. Two years after taking up his duties with her husband in Nanjing, Nicole returned to Paris in September 1948 to reunite with Gera Philippe, reviving his old feelings.
In 1951, Nicole divorced her husband and became the wife of Gera Philippe, changing her name to Anna Philippe. Gera Philippe, trapped in affection, was not a "righteous man": his father fell into the quagmire of collaborating with the enemy during the fall of France, when Gera Philippe denounced his father's despicable political practices. However, after the liberation of France, Gera Philippe still helped her father settle in Barcelona, escaping the death penalty.

Gera Philip's greatest happiness is to be away from that noisy world, listen to records, read books, and live a leisurely and idyllic life. When he occasionally took his wife and children for a walk in the Jardin du Luxembourg, he was recognized, but out of respect and affection for him, no one wanted to disturb him, even the bold little girls refused to come forward and ask him to sign his autograph. Gera Philip smiled knowingly at them. He was deeply moved by the scene, as was the lively scene he had encountered when he appeared at a young gathering or when he visited abroad.

In the 1950s in the cause of defending world peace and maintaining social progress, Gera Philippe was a warrior who forged her own way. He and atomic physicist Joliot Curie first signed the Stockholm Declaration on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. In the World Peace Council, he was the representative of the intellectual community. When the French Screen Actors Guild was in danger of splitting, he resolutely took up the burden of the president. He starred in the film "Backbone", which shouted for the just cause of workers.
In the 1940s and 1950s, when black-and-white films transitioned to color films, Gera Philippe's handsomeness stood out from the crowd, and his people and his roles created a generation of legends. His contemporaries praised him as a "genius", "perfect" actor, "one of the purest people in our industry".
In 1957, Premier Zhou Enlai received Gerald Philippe and his wife in Beijing
There is a very classical spiritual power in Gera Philip's temperament. He supported the peace movement and did not simply and crudely conclude about different values based on different political views. In the 1950s, when he rejected communist countries throughout the West, he was one of the few artists who had the courage to communicate with the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries. He even went to China with his wife Anna in 1957 with a French film delegation and spent five days in Shanghai. During these 5 days, he went to see traditional Chinese dramas every day, Yue opera, Peking Opera, Shanghai opera, and went to Shangying to see the Chinese movies "Road Angel" (1937) and "Reconnaissance of Crossing the River" (1954). After reading it, I went to Nanjing West Road to eat a small snack.
