【Petals】 Petals diamond-shaped, 1-1.2 cm long, 4-7.5 mm wide, blunt at the apex, narrowed at the base, attached to the peduncle foot; the base of the lip flap has a claw 1.5 mm long, 3 lobes; the lateral lobes are upright, sickle-shaped inverted ovate, the apex is rounded; the middle lobe is ovate, flattened, the apex is sharply pointed, and there is a shield-shaped fleshy process at the intersection between the base and the lateral lobes; the peduncle is slender, curved forward, with a long beak and a peduncule foot about 3 mm long; the front of the cap is elongated forward; the pollen mass is 2, each splitting into 2 unequal sizes. Flowering period is from April to May.
【Distribution】The Phalaenopsis orchid is only distributed in the southeast of Taiwan Province (Xiaolan island) in China, and it is also distributed in the Philippines.

In the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (cites the Washington Convention CITES), the Orchid Orchid orchid is listed as Appendix II, and trade is regulated by a license.
