The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television said that tax evasion, "yin and yang contracts" and "sky-high film remuneration" violate laws and regulations, disrupt industry order, and impact the bottom line of social fairness and justice, and the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has "zero tolerance" for this.
