China Daily, June 1 Changsha News A few days ago, students from the School of Journalism and Communication of Hunan University planned and produced a music MV "Glorious Road" online. The MV is divided into three chapters: "Dongfang Hong", "Breaking the Waves" and "Dream Chaser", and the music and dance are intertwined and integrated, praising the century-old glorious road, blowing the clarion call for pursuing dreams in the new era, and celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

The first act relives the scene of the masses of the people sending young soldiers to join the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army with the song and dance "August Laurel Flowers Blooming Everywhere". The students wore the "glorious" small red flowers on their chests, symbolizing the passing on of the revolutionary spirit.
The second act of "Breaking the Waves" uses dynamic and bright rap and dance to retrace the glorious course of the party in the past century and show the style of young students in the new era.
The third act is a well-known selection of "We Are All Dreamers". Students sang on campus, from Yuelu Academy to Aiwan Pavilion, from the sports field to the dance rehearsal hall, passers-by joined in, and the joy of men, women and children chasing dreams filled everyone's face.
Tang Jiyao, director of the MV and a senior student in the Department of Radio and Television Editing and Directing of the School of Journalism and Communication of Hunan University, said, "As a young college student, I especially hope to be able to tell the glorious history of the party in my own way, pay tribute to the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation, and at the same time highlight the mission that we young people should shoulder." ”
"Because all the participating teachers and students are not professional actors, the shooting process is very difficult, the 4-and-a-half-minute video presentation was prepared for more than a month, and although the students were a little tired, they all persevered because they had a sincere heart." Ren Jiajun, chief choreographer of MV and a junior from the Advertising Department of the School of Journalism and Communication of Hunan University, said. (China Daily Hunan Reporter Station)
