The first meeting of the 11th Committee of Huaiji County completed the agenda of the conference and held a closing meeting on the afternoon of October 19.
The election conference was held before the closing general meeting. After deliberating and adopting the election methods of the congress and the list of voters who elected the congress supervisors, the members attending the meeting elected the chairman, vice chairman, secretary general, and standing committee members of the 11th CPPCC Huaiji County Committee by secret ballot and equal election.
The meeting elected Cheng Yun District as the chairman of the 11th CPPCC Committee, Lin Huaibei, Li Qihong, Chen Weihong, Gao Guangze, Pan Zhishan, and Li Yinxing as vice chairmen of the 11th CPPCC Committee, and Liang Binqiang as secretary general of the 11th CPPCC Committee.
