Jianli City and relevant departments should seize the window period, actively strive for the support of superiors, strengthen the guarantee of elements, and solve the problems encountered in the construction of the project on the spot, so as to ensure that the First Phase of the Nine Dragons Project is completed and put into operation as scheduled, and the expansion project is successfully started. It is necessary to do a good job in upstream and downstream articles, explore reed papermaking, strengthen the extension chain to supplement the chain to attract investment, and do a good job in the supporting construction of new highway entrances and exits, docks and so on. It is necessary to actively explore the integrated development model of major projects of leading enterprises to drive the integration of industry and city, build Jianli Bailuo into an important "Kouzi Town" in Hubei Province, and create a model for the combination of industrialization, industrialization and new urbanization.
