Return to the original heart, unite the soul! Hehua Street held the "two diligences and two specialties" - the training course of "building blocks" for the comprehensive literacy ability of the community head geese and the "building block cultivation" of the community reserve goose

In order to further promote the innovation of grass-roots community governance, improve the comprehensive quality of community cadres. From October 14 to 16, Hehua Street launched the "Two Diligence and Two Specialties" - Community Head Goose Comprehensive Literacy Ability Improvement and Community Reserve Head Goose "Building Block Cultivation" training course, and the training was carried out in a combination of centralized teaching and student exchange. A total of more than 50 people attended the main and deputy posts of 9 communities (centers).

Wang Dewei, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the office of Hehua Street, made a mobilization to open the class and put forward three requirements: First, we must focus on the needs of development and grasp the career positioning. It is necessary to cherish the opportunity to learn, to take the initiative to learn, to think in time, and to realize their own growth into an all-round community worker in the form of "encyclopedia" through "learning, thinking, practicing, understanding, and acting". Second, we must be good at making innovations and breakthroughs and opening up the work pattern. To be resourceful and thoughtful, we must not only have the spirit of "only talking about the results and not talking about the past", but also have the courage to be the "all-round sharp soldiers" of the Lotus Iron Army in the new era. The third is to enhance professional capabilities. Social work is also a science, and everything should be specialized and refined.

This concentrated lecture pays attention to practical results in the course arrangement, and specially invites 6 local outstanding teachers such as Wu Jing, Yu Lili, Wang Jianxia and so on to "pass on the scriptures and send treasures" to the students from the aspects of leading the team, community governance, and conflict mediation.

The discussion of the participants was divided into 2 groups, with the community (center) chief and deputy secretary as a group, and the deputy director as a group. The trainees held group discussions on topics such as improving and planning urban party building, leading a good cadre team, coordinating the relationship between the community and the industry committee and the property, effectively carrying out grid work and improving the ability to communicate with the masses, and everyone spoke freely and expressed their opinions.

After the exchange, Fang Yujuan, secretary of the street party working committee, stressed that to be a qualified "community head goose", we must strive to improve the "four capabilities":

One

Team building capacity. "Leaders" must have a sense of decision-making, dare to make decisions, be good at making decisions, learn to grasp people and promote things, and always maintain the enthusiasm of the team.

Two

Coordination capacity. We must learn to prioritize, firmly grasp the key points, work with heart and affection, work for a long time, and work with cohesion!

Three

Plan to advance capabilities. We must always adhere to the establishment of problem-oriented, goal-oriented, result-oriented, with heart and affection to do a good job in community work.

Four

Communication and collaboration skills. We must learn to create an atmosphere, leverage power, integrate resources, and always put how to better serve residents first.

The training also arranged team-building activities to enhance team tacit understanding, cohesion and sense of belonging through collective activities.

In the next stage, Lotus Street will continue to improve the capacity building of all cadres "two diligences and two specialties" from multiple dimensions, and continuously strengthen and innovate community governance work, deepen intelligent governance and refined service levels, and run out of the "acceleration" of community governance that belongs to the Lotus Iron Army.
