The above documents show that businessman Jiao Weipeng repeatedly bribed Liang Jing with a total of 7.038 million yuan, and Liang Jing's family's real estate, off-road vehicles, sports cars, etc., were mostly provided for Jiao Weipeng. It is worth mentioning that when he learned that he was going to transfer from Gaoyao, Liang Jing also asked Jiao Weipeng for about 1.2 million yuan in money to find a relationship to help him promote himself to the secretary of the Gaoyao Municipal Party Committee.

Real estate developers have repeatedly bribed Liang Jing with more than 7 million yuan in property

The Zhongshan Intermediate People's Court found that between 2011 and 2016, defendant Jiao Weipeng, as a shareholder and legal representative of the defendant unit Zhaoqing New Shoreline Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nufront Company"), in order to seek the improper interests of Nufront Company, Zhaoqing Pengcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Pengcheng Company) and Zhaoqing Haicheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haicheng Company), liang Jing, former mayor of Gaoyao City (handled in a separate case), former member of the Standing Committee of Gaoyao Municipal Cpc Committee, Shao Mou, the former secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission (who has been sentenced), bribed a total of 8.538 million yuan. The defendant unit, Nufront Company, and the defendant Jiao Weipeng had no objection to the facts of the alleged crime.

According to the above documents, jiao Weipeng's specific criminal facts are as follows: Between 2011 and 2013, in order to thank Liang Jing for his assistance to Pengcheng Company and Haicheng Company in terms of increasing the volume ratio and reducing related fees, he repeatedly bribed Liang Jing with a total of 7.038 million yuan. There are 8 main items of the above property. Among them, from 2011 to 2012, Jiao Weipeng bribed Liang Jing 1.938 million yuan for the latter to purchase 15A-2401 rooms and 3 parking spaces in a residential area in Zhaoqing City, and then Jiao Weipeng bribed Liang Jing 800,000 yuan for the decoration of the above houses. After that, Jiao Weipeng was asked by Liang Jing for 1.3 million yuan to increase the registered capital of a Shenzhen technology company operated by Liang Jing's wife Zhong.

Liang Jing confessed that from early 2011 to early 2012, Jiao Weipeng paid a total of about 2 million yuan for 15A-2401 rooms and 3 parking spaces in a residential area. "At the end of 2010, when I was chatting with Jiao Weipeng, I talked about wanting to change a large-scale house, and asked him which real estate in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City was better, and asked him to help find it. After a while, Jiao Weipeng said that he had found a suite in Zhongyuan Mingdu, and I was more satisfied. But at this time, I couldn't get some of my investment back, so I told Jiao Weipeng that this suite could not afford to buy, and he said that money was not a problem. After a while, Jiao Weipeng asked me to sign a house purchase agreement with the sales department, and as for the purchase price, he settled it. Earlier, in the process of house viewing, Jiao Weipeng told me that since I decided to buy a house, it would take at least two parking spaces. By the end of 2011, when there were parking spaces for sale in the community, Jiao Weipeng took the initiative to buy two parking spaces for me. After another six months, I proposed to Jiao Weipeng that I had a bus that was not enough to park a parking space, and he bought another parking space for me. ”

The court found that in mid-2012, when Liang Jing's son Liang Mou went to the United States to study, Jiao Weipeng also gave him several remittances for living expenses. "In July and August 2012, after Liang went to the United States to study, Jiao Weipeng asked me for his bank account. Later, Jiao Weipeng told me that he usually remitted some money to Liang for living expenses. I heard that Jiao Weipeng remitted two or three thousand DOLLARs each time, and the total amount of money is not clear, estimated to be four or five hundred thousand. Liang Jing confessed.

Liang Jing demanded about 1.2 million yuan in property for the "running relationship" in two parts

During this period, Liang Jing also repeatedly asked Jiao Weipeng for money in the name of buying a car. Liang Jing confessed that in January 2013, he asked Jiao Weipeng for 900,000 yuan to buy a Volkswagen Touareg off-road vehicle.

"At the end of 2012, I wanted to buy a Shenzhen brand car, and I took a fancy to the Volkswagen Touareg SUV of about 900,000 yuan, and at that time, my family did not have so much money, so I called Jiao Weipeng and asked him to help me pay this money, and Jiao Weipeng said that there was no problem." About a month later, around the beginning of 2013, I called Jiao Weipeng again and asked him when it would be convenient for me to give me the 900,000 yuan. After a day or two, after Jiao Weipeng prepared the money, I went to Haicheng Company downstairs in his office by myself, and he handed the money to me. Later, in January 2013, He asked Jiao Weipeng for 500,000 yuan to help Liang buy an Audi A5 sports car in the United States, Liang Jing confessed.

"Running relations" has also become Liang Jing's reason for asking Jiao Weipeng for money. "In the second half of 2013, I knew that I might have to transfer away from Gaoyao, so I wanted to continue to work in Gaoyao through running relationships. Running the relationship needs to cost, I called Jiao Weipeng, on the grounds that there is not enough money for a sister to buy a car, let him help pay for the car, he said that he only has about 200,000 yuan in cash, I let him get ShengpingGe to hand it to me. This section was later used for accommodation and transportation expenses during the running relationship. Liang Jing confessed.

In 2013, Liang Jing asked Jiao Weipeng for another 1 million yuan for "running relationships". "In May and June 2013, I learned that I might be transferred from Gao to work in a unit directly under Zhaoqing City, so I wanted to find a relationship to help me become the secretary of the Gaoyao Municipal Party Committee. At that time, Deng Mou (Note: Gao Yao, the former deputy director of the municipal government office), said that he had a relationship and could help me, but it would take 1 million yuan to complete it, and said that he could let Jiao Weipeng pay this money. I called Jiao Weipeng in front of Deng and asked him to pay 1 million yuan to run the relationship, specifically by Deng to contact him, Jiao Weipeng agreed. Later, Jiao Weipeng told me that the money had been transferred to the account provided by Deng, but he and Deng did not tell me whose account it was. Deng actually took the 1 million yuan to run the relationship and whether he recognized the leader I don't know, and then Jiao Weipeng told me that the money was transferred back, Deng did not return to him, I asked Deng whether he turned back, he said no for the first time, the second time was silent. Liang Jing confessed.

The Zhongshan Intermediate People's Court held that the defendant unit, Zhaoqing New Shoreline Investment Co., Ltd., and its directly responsible supervisor, Defendant Jiao Weipeng, disregarded national laws and paid bribes to others in order to seek improper benefits, and their acts constituted the crime of bribery by the unit and should be punished according to law. The judgment is as follows: 1. The defendant unit, Zhaoqing New Shoreline Investment Co., Ltd., committed the crime of bribery and was sentenced to a fine of RMB1.5 million (paid). 2. Defendant Jiao Weipeng committed the crime of bribery by the unit and was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of three years, suspended for four years.
