A small amount of superficial bleeding occurs during the replacement of the stoma pocket

Soft paper towels or cotton balls and gauze can be used with a little pressure to stop the bleeding. If the bleeding is more frequent, gauze compression soaked with 1% epinephrine solution and external application of Yunnan Baiyao powder can be applied, and the bleeding can be stopped by gauze compression. Or sprinkle skin powder on bleeding spots.

Traumatic causes bleeding
