The training course invited well-known domestic experts and scholars to make detailed interpretations on the centenary course of discipline inspection and supervision work, the in-depth promotion of the anti-corruption struggle, how to accurately use the "four forms" of supervision and discipline enforcement, the production and application of transcripts, and the study and implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1st" important speech.

In his opening speech, Zhang Jianxi, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, fully affirmed the role played by the discipline inspection organizations at both levels in guaranteeing the high-quality development of the group company, and demanded that all trainees accurately grasp the situation and tasks, be firm in their convictions, be loyal to the party, pay attention to reality, seek truth from facts, have the courage to take responsibility, be good at acting, adhere to principles, dare to struggle, strictly abide by the rules, do not exceed the bottom line, study diligently and diligently, enhance their skills, and strive to create a new image of discipline inspection cadres. For the next step of work, Zhang Jianxi put forward five specific requirements. Cai Zhiqiang, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection commission of the China Academy of Discipline Inspection and Supervision, gave a lecture on the political logic, historical process, main achievements, and basic experience of discipline inspection and supervision work over the past 100 years, and asked discipline inspection organizations to play the role of "supervising and guaranteeing implementation and promoting perfect development" to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection work in the new era. The main root causes of the problem of corruption and the ideas for deepening the anti-corruption struggle were explained in three aspects, and the situation and challenges facing the anti-corruption struggle were analyzed; Li Bengang, director of the China Discipline Inspection and Supervision Daily and director of the Propaganda Classroom of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission, systematically expounded the background and great significance of the "four forms" of supervision and discipline enforcement, and the specific requirements for applying the "four forms" of supervision and discipline enforcement.
Wang Jian, deputy head of the discipline inspection and inspection team of the State Supervision Commission of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in the Bank of China, combined his personal practice and case-handling experience, and taught the main principles, specific requirements, common problems, practical skills, and methods of using the transcript in conversations; Professor Zhang Ke of the CPC Central Party School (National Academy of Administration) interpreted in detail the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1st" important speech, and asked the trainees to systematically and deeply study, really use real work, and integrate understanding Zhu Yufeng, deputy secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the group company, gave a lecture in combination with typical cases from the three aspects of improving the quality of the initial nuclear program, determining the responsibility and loss of the loss of the loss project, and improving the breakthrough ability of the conversation; Wang Ji, the office of the group company, combined with the new requirements for confidentiality work, explained the basic knowledge of confidentiality work and the requirements for the confidentiality management of JR projects, and reminded the trainees to continuously enhance their awareness of confidentiality and do a good job in confidentiality work.

At the graduation ceremony, Chen Wenzhi, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the group company, put forward three requirements for the discipline inspection organizations at the two levels. First, discipline inspection work should fully reflect its political nature, and it is necessary to closely supervise the implementation of major policy decisions and arrangements made by the central and higher levels and the reform and development of enterprises. The second is to implement the "three distinctions", accurately use the "four forms" of supervision and discipline enforcement, accurately enforce discipline, and achieve the unity of political effects, disciplinary effects, corporate governance effects, and economic effects.
