Qin Yong, a national first-class director, is currently the deputy secretary-general of the China Rural Revitalization Research Institute, the director of the Expert Working Committee of the China Science and Education Film and Television Association, the senior professional title judge of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the general judge of the "Beautiful Countryside International Micro Film Art Festival" of the China Radio and Television Federation.
He once served as the vice president of the Publishing House of the China Agricultural Film and Television Center (the seventh set of agricultural programs of CCTV), the deputy director of the editor-in-chief office, the director of the special topic department, and the editor-in-chief of Agricultural Film and Television.
