On July 18th, the listing ceremony of the creative base of the new station art committee of the Daqing Civic Writers association was held at the comprehensive cultural station of the new station town. At the listing ceremony, special guests from various artist associations at all levels in the province and city congratulated the listing of the new station art committee of the Daqing Civic Writers Association. After the listing ceremony, teachers of various artist associations at all levels in the province and city also visited the Garden Park of Xinzhan Town, the Modern Agricultural Demonstration Area of Dabaodi Area of Xinzhan Town, the Shentie Inland Port, and the People's Square, and went to the "Northern Academy of Calligraphy and Painting" to participate in pen meeting activities.

It is understood that the Folk Art Committee of Xinzhan Town, Zhaoyuan County was founded in 2000, starting with 4 associations; by 2011 it had developed to 8; by 2020 it had developed to 10 associations and organizations, including Zhaoyuan County Ulannuoer Poetry Society, Xinzhan Town Calligraphy and Painting Association, Xinzhan Town Art Troupe, Xinzhan Town Yanglian Association, etc., with 528 town-level members.
