More than 10 minutes later, the fire commanders and fighters arrived at the scene and found that the man was trapped at the bottom of the floor smoke extraction well, which was relatively narrow and about 8 meters deep. After preliminary understanding, in addition to the pain in the waist and a small amount of bleeding, the trapped man has no other major obstacles and is conscious.
The commander said that through the reconnaissance of the surrounding area, they found that the narrow space could not set up a fulcrum to rescue the well, and it was inconvenient to break it. Therefore, the firefighters fixed the rope fulcrum on the outside wall pillar, and the two firefighters took the way of the rope descent into the well, fixed the trapped man on a multi-functional stretcher, and mobilized the police and the masses to pull up together. At about 10 o'clock, the trapped man was successfully rescued.
After preliminary understanding, the trapped man is a small shop owner, because the family piled up goods caused rats to run around, and the man fell into the smoke exhaust well when he expelled the rats on the smoke pipe.
