Developed and starring seth MacFarlane (McFarland is the director of Teddy Bear and a star trek fan), The Orville is a space-themed science fiction comedy about adventures aboard a spaceship named Orville.
After watching the trailer, I believe we all know the theme of this movie: slut! (Super spoof!) Super hilarious! Set over the next 400 years, it tells the story of an exploration expedition ship on an intermediate Federation starship called Orville. The crew of the starship is made up of humans and aliens, and in addition to dealing with all kinds of strange and dangerous unknowns from outer space, they also have to deal with all kinds of trivialities from insiders, and sometimes there are some ironic things that happen, even if these people come from other planets, and their workplace is a spaceship that is faster than the speed of light. In the twenty-fifth century, Earth had joined the Interstellar Alliance, and by this time Earth was already a far-reaching, technologically advanced, peaceful civilization with 3,000 Federation starships. Ed Mercer (Played by Seth MacFarlane), an Interstellar Alliance official who has just escaped the pain of his divorce, is unexpectedly given a chance to become the captain of an exploration and research ship called the Orville Federation starship. In order to prove his worth, he is determined to start a new chapter in his life, but he never expected to encounter a lot of trouble at the beginning, for example, his first mate turned out to be his ex-wife Kelly Grayson (played by Adrianne Palicki).

The crew of the Orville(Orville) Federal Starship Exploration Expedition was a group of highly qualified but eccentric personnel, even including Ed's good friend Gordon Malloy (Scott Grimes), who was often questioned for his orders, but he was indeed a brilliant fleet helmsman; Dr. ClaireFinn (played by Penny Johnson Jerald), the best physician in the entire Interstellar Alliance Bortus (played by Peter Macon), a single-sex species alien; Isaac (played by Mark Jackson), an artificial man with a robotic appearance but the structure of a human life form, who considers the life forms of living beings to be inferior; Navigator John LaMarr (played by J. Lee), who still has his own unique sense of humor even in the worst cases; Alara Kitan (played by Halston Sage) A young, but inexperienced female security officer, influenced by the supergravity of her birth star, who possesses more physical strength and strength than the average person; in addition to that, there is a gelatinous alien creature called Yaphit (voiced by Norm Macdonald).
Captain Ed and First Officer Kelly must abandon their past feuds and work together to direct the crew on all sorts of weird and dangerous journeys they encounter in outer space, and of course, the noisy and entertaining daily lives with the crew. Now the first episode has been out, and the little friends who want to see it are not yet in action!
