If something looks the same as it really is, it often ends up being a scam.
A mysterious holiday villa area in the resort town of Gelendzhik on the shores of the Black Sea has recently been pushed to the cusp of the storm, and the Russian FBK Foundation has come up with so-called "real hammer evidence" that the real owner of this mysterious villa is the current Russian president Vladimir Putin, but russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov refuted the relevant information as "groundless". Today, we don't guess who it belongs to, let's talk about this mysterious mansion.
■Location and overview
This villa resort, which has recently attracted the attention of the global media, is located in the western coastal region of Krasnodar Krai, Russia, belonging to the city of Gelendik, close to the gelendik resort area, 150 kilometers from the Black Sea city so-pact. In terms of climate type, Gelendzhik and Sochi belong to the subtropical climate, warm and humid all year round, the four seasons are like spring, very suitable for leisure holidays, Gelendzhik and Sochi are famous holiday destinations in the Black Sea.
The rumored "Black Sea mansion" is located on a cliff about 16 kilometers southeast of gelendik resort, covering a total area of about 0.68 square kilometers. However, according to FBK's report, the land around the mansion was bought, and the actual area covered far more than 0.68 square kilometers.
In terms of transportation, the mansion is connected to the M-4 Highway by an unnamed road, its attached port is reliably moored for boats into the Black Sea, and there are 2 helicopter take-off and landing points on the west side of the ice hockey hall of the resort, which is very convenient for land, sea and air transportation.
■ Building complex and ancillary facilities
The image above was taken aerialally by the FBK Foundation drone during the renovation of the resort (the other aerial photos in this article are all aerial photos released by FBK). The white area of the stadium in the picture is the helipad mentioned above, with a total of 2 take-off and landing points.
Next to the helipad is an indoor ice rink. The ice rink is semi-buried in design and covers an area of about 10,000 square meters, which is already very large as a private ice sports venue, and the Turin Olympic Paralympic Ice Hockey Hall, which hosts the Winter Olympics, covers an area of only 50,000 square meters.
The building has been misquated as an underground sanctuary, but it turns out to be just an ordinary ice rink. Whether it is questioning one side or opposing one side, I believe that high-ranking Russian officials are unlikely to engage in such a "big guy" to provoke right and wrong.
On the southwest side of the indoor ice rink is a very designed greenhouse building, the top floor is a sun room, which seems to be green plants, and the use of the ground floor building is temporarily unknown, which may be a leisure place.
In the northeast corner of the greenhouse building, there is a small building that is difficult to identify on satellite photos, and aerial photographs can confirm that it is a small church. If the owner is an Orthodox Christian, the presence of such a church in this resort is not at all prominent.
On the south side of the greenhouse building is an amphitheater with a distinct roman architectural style. I believe that the owners themselves love theatrical art very much and attach great importance to the development of Russian theatrical art, so it is reasonable for this theater to appear in this resort area.
On the north side of the indoor ice rink, in addition to the radio communication tower, there are some ordinary buildings and parking lots along the road, which FBK reported is the living area of logistics, security and other staff of the resort, as well as the necessary place for outside access to the central area of the resort, where security checkpoints may be located.
■ The main building of the mansion
Next up is the core area of the resort area , the main body of the mansion. This square mansion is the best place in the whole resort, built on the black sea, with an invincible 270-degree sea view, facing the sea in spring and blossoming.
It is difficult to tell from aerial photos how many floors there are inside the mansion, but from some of the graphic design drawings and internal renderings given by FBK, the whole building may be divided into three floors, with living, entertainment, sports, and leisure functional areas inside.
In addition to the necessary living room, bedroom, bathroom, this building also has a reading room, swimming pool, game hall, theater, casino, dance hall and other functional areas that "only can't imagine that there is no here", and its luxury has exceeded the imagination of ordinary people, which is not comparable to ordinary villas.
Note that this set of internal architectural pictures are renderings, not real pictures, but from the perspective of decoration style, oily and not greasy and highly consistent with the external architectural design style.
■ Security and emergency escape design
Then comes the most critical aspect of security, which is the most surprising thing at the moment. Similar luxury villas are not uncommon, but it is rare that the security level can be as high as this level.
The network rumors that the resort has been set up around the no-fly zone, the no-fly area is about 7 square kilometers, the no-fly altitude is 4000 meters, and the altitude below 4000 meters in the no-fly zone is prohibited from entering, but this has not been officially recognized by Russia. Imagine the average private mansion, at most surrounded by barbed wire and high-voltage wire, and the no-fly zone is too blatant?
Then there's the evacuation facility in case of emergency. The helipad next to the indoor ice rink has been introduced in front of the three take-off and landing points, but from the aerial photos of FBK, the repaired take-off and landing points should be changed to 2, and these helicopter take-off and landing points can be used by the owner of the mansion to quickly evacuate by helicopter in the event of an emergency.
In terms of land boundaries, there is a wall visible to the naked eye in satellite photographs between the resort and the surrounding mountains, and the nearby beaches connected to it are also separated, making it impossible to approach the resort from land. Over the years, countless journalists and explorers have tried to get close to the resort from the nearby mountains and beaches, but have been stopped by the FSO and FSB on duty, which also shows that the owner of the resort is not an ordinary rich man. However, this is all the words of the FBK family.
Then there are the underground shelter and escape facilities. The owner of the mansion apparently foresaw all emergencies, including the inability to evacuate from the air by helicopter, in which case an underground escape route directly connected to the mansion came in handy. The exit circled in the orange circle in the photo above is believed to be the underground emergency exit of this mansion.
The picture above is its internal structural diagram, this emergency exit is connected to the main body of the mansion by tunnels and elevators, and in an emergency, you can take the elevator to quickly escape from the mansion to the underground shelter, or the next floor can escape directly through the tunnel to the exit of the sea, and then enter the Black Sea through sea traffic.
The picture above shows a private port adjacent to the emergency escape exit, and there is construction machinery working on the breakwater on the east side. Previous attempts by journalists and tourists to approach the private port from the sea were intercepted. Think about it, how many years has this mansion quarreled with Putin's scandal, if it is really Putin himself, Putin has long been out of work and resold, and now it is still starting? FBK's claims are full of doubts. All of this suggests that the owner of the mansion does not want to explore this mysterious resort on the shores of the Black Sea, and the property company's data shows that the land lease of the mansion is valid until 2068.
