Love can always blow away the smog of life
Author: Xu Yueming, junior high school of Sun Yat-sen University, instructor Cui Mengran
In the summer, listening to the insects murmuring in the grass, I waved my rackets and swung them around the square. The warm sunlight shines directly on my shoulders through the dense leaves or falls on the ground, becoming a speck of golden light. With a "snap", the ball shot lightly into the grass. Also falling into the grass was a whimpering little guy.
I casually threw the racket to the side and ran to the grass on the right side. When I opened the grass, a small bird had fallen from the tree! I looked around to figure out where it had fallen. At this time, "chirp, chirp", a bird chirped above my head, and I looked up to see that a large bird resting on a branch was anxiously poking its head down—the little bird that fell down should be its child. When the mother bird sees her child in a dangerous place, I think it must be full of worry in its heart, not knowing what the human in front of it will do to its child... I looked at the mother bird, and I didn't dare to move forward, for fear of alarming the bird and making its mother fear me. The mother bird did not dare to come down, for fear of being attacked by me.
Just as we were at a standstill, the cold gray clouds overhead unpredictably obscured the sun, and heavy rain began to fall with trembling. Raindrops washed away everything, including large trees and bushes. I felt as if I heard the cry of a bird in the grass, as if I saw its desperate eyes. I hurriedly found a cardboard box on the side of the road, draped it over the bird, and set up a temporary tent to shield it from the wind and rain. I hurried home against the heavy rain.
At night I lay in bed, listening to the ticking rain outside the window, and couldn't help but worry about the birds in the drafting bushes coming. Thinking about it, I fell asleep...
The next day I came to the grass it was already noon. The bird lay calmly under a cardboard box that had not yet dried, and the mother bird was feeding it. I quietly stepped forward and saw the mother bird looking at the bird with a little pain in her loving eyes, and then fed a bug into the bird's mouth. It saw me approaching and instinctively retreated with some fear, so I ducked to the side and continued to observe them. The bird began to howl anxiously, and the mother bird gently walked over to it and covered the bird with its large wings to soothe it.
Later, on my way to school, I often saw a big bird flying around with a few small birds, although I don't know if it was the mother bird and its children before, but there will always be a warm current rushing to my heart and feel this warm scene.
I am always shocked by the mother's love of the mother bird, and sometimes fate will cover life like a joke, but love can always blow away the smog, which is the magic of nature. The beauty of life seems to be displayed only on the stage of nature, and the splendor of nature can only be discovered and moved by the enthusiasm of life.
